Very very true, in a lot of cases. Christ preached tolerance and love of your fellow man, and it's amazing how many "Christians" seem to fail to understand that basic teaching.

Chels,
Many Christians would say the same about me. I guess it depends on your point of view. But how much did Gandhi REALLY know about Christ? Not the whole story, I'm sure of it!
John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
John 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Well, it is a good critique. Yet it is inacurate, considering all the work Mother Teresa did in Gandhi's backyard, Calcuta.

Its a bit too stereotypical. Consider Mother Teresa as a counter-example.
I always prefered "Be the change you wish to see in the world." He was really on to something there...

I like one of Gandhi's other quotes---" I will not let anyone walk through my mind with dirty feet."
