I had two cats, on recently died. My other cat has changed overnight and now its like she is the other cat inside. Looks the same as always, but has simply changed overnight into the other cat.
Her personality, meow, sleeping and eating habits have changed, its honestly like having the other cat but in a different body.
Do animals have souls or spirits? Whats happenend to my cat? she has literally become the dead cat, its very strange.
Im not religious, though this is freaking me out a bit, and im starting to question whether there is such a thing as a soul, if there is, can it have passed into another living animal?
Anyone have any experience with this, or can anyone refer me to any websites for guidance?
Before I get any ruder answers saying Im nuts and imagining it, all my neighbours have noticed it too, we live in a small street and everyone has commented how much our living cat has taken on the personality and traits of the dead one.

It allows us to sit at our computers and say whatever we truly feel without anyone finding out that we are bigots, racists, sexists, homophobes, etc. I always wondered where the venue was for me to find out whether "Gay people hate Blacks more than homophibics"...thank you internet.
And then we can go back into the real world and pretend that none of these issues are plaguing this society and pretend that we love everyone regardless of their differences because I am sure many of us posting aren't sharing our opinions with our coworkers and neighbors.
Don't you just love how we can sit at the computer and hurl insults at people with different religious beliefs just because they happen to not agree with us. And it feels so damn good to sit here and think we may have actually hurt someones feelings. Awesome.

Many believe that in response to their sin - they became ashamed of their physical nakedness. Adam [for instance] was embarrassed by the fact that his penis was exposed. But I say... it had nothing to do with his [or her] private parts. What they were trying to cover up - and keep [in vain] from God seeing - was their character - WHO they were as human beings.
