"that if God does not exist, athiests can do whatever they want, behave whichever way they wish and not be accountable to anyone in the end. If there is no heaven or hell and death is the end, they can be as selfish or self centred as they want, the universe can revolve around their own existance."

that is very shallow of you(only to those that apply). remember the saying: "thinkers are doers" at least i know im not that shallow. talk about pessimism. sigh this guy makes top ten of the most pessimistic, effortlessly

And no i dont mean 'gay' as in the worst, I mean gay as in not straight. Well, black, obviously, but what are the top three colours? Are other Jeeps considered gay cars also?
Please understand, this is not a criticism, I've just heard that black wranglers are sort of an icon car and am curious if its the colour and car combined or just the car.
Thanks

Listen What the World says about the Fastest Growing Religion

ISLaAM is the fastest growing religion in the world. Because Islam is a complete way of life. It tells man about the purpose of his creation and existence, his ultimate destiny, his place among other creatures and more importantly, it provides him with guidance to lead a balanced and purposeful life which will enable him to avoid the Hell-fire and be rewarded with a place in Paradise in the life after death. Simply Islaam is to "Obey Allah" (Allah is the Name of the Only One True God).

Who is right ?
Romans 11:28
In respect to the gospel, they are enemies on your account; but in respect to election, they(the Jews) are beloved because of the patriarchs.
For the gifts and the call of God ARE IRREVOCABLE.

Romans 11:25
I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers, so that you will not become wise (in) your own estimation: a hardening has come upon Israel in part, until the full number of the Gentiles comes in,and thus all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The deliverer will come out of Zion, he will turn away godlessness from Jacob; and this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins."

Paul warns Christians against being conceited for mistakenly believing that they have "replaced" the natural branches (Jews) :
Romans 11:19
Indeed you will say, "Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in."
That is so. They were broken off because of unbelief, but you are there because of faith. So do not become haughty, but stand in awe.
For if God did not spare the natural branches, (perhaps) he will not spare you either.
Paul correctly prophesies of the re-grafting of the Jews into the original cultivated olive tree in the future.
Romans 11:24
For if you were cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated one, how much more will they who belong to it by nature be grafted back into their own olive tree.
Paul makes Christians remember that the gifts of God towards the Jews are irrevocable :
Romans 11:30 Just as you once disobeyed God but have now received mercy because of their disobedience, so they have now disobeyed in order that, by virtue of the mercy shown to you, they too may (now) receive mercy.
John the Baptist declares Jesus as the lamb provided by God as Abraham prophesied (before the sacrifice of Isaac: "God will provide(the lamb)"
John 1:29 The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

Brothers do not be fooled by the Lies of Islam, they say they believe in Jesus yet they dont belive he died.

They claim to worship the same God we do but they bow 5 times a day to a Idol

Islam is made from many lies, do not be fooled, they are nothing more than a very large Idol worshiping Cult. There is no purpose to life than to live for the will of God. and what does God will

Exodus 23:24)- Do not worship the Idols of other nations YOU MUST CONQUER THEM AND BREAK DOWN THEIR SHAMEFUL IDOLS

Directly from God through Moses, now that its clear unite with me my Christian brothers. Doesnt matter if your Catholic or Protestant Baptist or Pentocostal, If you know that Christ died for you that is enough Unite and Crusade

God wills it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, so I'm writing a paper, and you Yahoo! people are so smart... I wanted to bounce some ideas off of you.
So if you would be so kind, please argue with, or agree with and elaborate on the following claim:

The traits that caused Joan of Arc to become so powerful, overconfidence, femininity, and an overpowering belief in her God, were the same characteristics that led her to be captured and eventually killed.

That would be so helpful... thank you!

What's their rationale?
Shouldn't people be able to decide who they marry?
Is this just another example of how Muslims exercise their need to CONTROL everything?
I hear some of them even marry their cousins!
Too bad "Allah" didn't tell Mohammid what happens to the gene pool of families that INTERBREED!

Yuck! When will Muslims ever learn?

Considering the intelligent design theory, the mathematical absurdity of a big bang resulting in our present universe without outside influence and the sheer genius of the world around us that by all rights shouldnt exist had their have been no god, how can atheists defend their position without acknowledging their self denial?

Is it something inappropriate for adults? At work? Considered a big sign of weakness? I cried a few times at work, where there are mainly people from Korea, and I think it made them think less of me.

I am going to the north-eastern part of India for the first time to meet husband's family. I would like to bring a gift for the young lady (age 16-17) who works in his parents' home.

My husband suggests I should get something special that she wouldn't be able to find in India (and yes, I am aware that in the bigger cities like Mumbai, you can purchase most of the things like we have in the US, but this young lady lives in far from the cities).

I want to give her something she'll love, but I just don't know what! Clothing and/or jewellery probably won't work because the tastes are far too different here and there.

Desi girls, please help me out! This young lady is so sweet, I really want to bring her something that she'll enjoy.
