There are no excuses foe these acts, but do not be so foolish as to assume that just because an act is carried out in the name of any god or religion that such acts have anything to do with the pertaining religion. These are greedy selfish souls who manipulate scripture as well as other human beings in order to serve their own personal agendas. And they come from every religious group. Not only Christianity.

Did I miss something here? How is Christianity evil? Last I heard God cared enough about me to send His own son down to this corrupt earth to die a cruel death on the cross just to save my sorry butt & YOURS TOO! Seems pretty un-evil to me.

God gave you a mind and a free will to choose Him or deny Him. Ok, I'm not seeing the evil part there either.

Hmmm...he gave us a very detailed instruction book with ALL the answers you are so desperately seeking - it's called the BIBLE.

Ok, call me dumb, I'm not getting the evil thing.

It is man who is evil- religion is used sometimes as an excuse to execute one's crimes but it does not mean that the religion one uses (improperly) to justify evil is itself evil. The person committing evil is evil...

Well you don;t have to listen to or accept their so-called excuses if that is what you think their defense of their religion is. In fact, you don't have to talk to one. From now on, don't ask Christians like myself any more fool questions!

Bye.

Why do you come on here and spout your hatred? Is it because God has chosen not to show you His truth? Is that the reason for the grudge you hold against Christians? Tough! Get over it! Your gripe is with God, not us... and vengeance is His!

Their Bible has safeguards built in. My favorite is the one that says that worldy knowledge makes a person less intelligent in God's eyes. Using this statement, they can deny all the geniuses of the world who say there is no God. They can simply attribute it to the Devil trying to deceive them.
