There is no logic behind atheism. They are anti-Christians. There is no such thing as an atheist only bitter sinners who reject God. Notice the answers nothing but insults and copy and paste but they suppose to be free thinkers. Hmm......................

Atheism, in its broadest sense, is the absence of belief in the existence of deities. A narrower definition includes only those who believe that deities do not exist, and excludes those who hold no position on the question (see agnostics and other non-theists). In other words, an "atheist" can be defined as either:

A person who does not believe that at least one god exists; or
A person who believes that no god or gods exist.
Although some atheists tend toward skepticism and secular philosophies such as humanism, naturalism, and materialism, there is no system of philosophy which all atheists share, nor does atheism have institutionalized rituals or behaviors. For example, while many atheists reject the existence of the supernatural, others do not.

You can talk to some of the so called Dravidians of India (Tamilnadu) Karunanidhi and his part members - they all talk atheism elobrately in purblic but pray good in their houses.

so which you say that because of the fact so a techniques technological know-how hasn't got here across each and every of the solutions that the only logical undertaking is to have self belief that an all-powerful being could have created each and every thing, appropriate? that's unquestionably not greater logical then determining that we don't understand or comprehend each and every thing approximately technological know-how yet, yet that the shortcoming of wisdom does no longer recommend that there is a God . because of the fact there is plenty that keeps to be unknown, theory in a God or no longer is purely a private theory that's in keeping with ones very own existence adventure, coaching, parenting and how their thoughts computes that techniques.

"Considering the intelligent design theory,"

It's not a theory. There is no "intelligent Design" theory. Creation Scientists never actually explain how exactly they think everything came to be or present a model of precisely how clay turned into a human, all they do is straw-man real Science and point out hoe stupid The dumbed down version of real Science is.

"the mathematical absurdity of a big bang resulting in our present universe"

Actually done the numbers, have you?

"without outside influence and the sheer genius of the world around us that by all rights shouldnt exist had their have been no god, how can atheists defend their position without acknowledging their self denial?"

Wait.. wait.. how is it possible to acknowledge self-denial? If you deny something you are refusing to submit or acknowledge thsat it is true or you honestly believe it's not true or you never even heard of it or you think it's bullshit. How do you acknowledge denial?

There's a lower probability of the individual winners of last week's lotteries around the world all winning, yet here we are. Nobody in the world could have predicted every single winner, yet somehow they all found a way to win (and no-one else did). How could something with such a low probability happen? Simple, it wasn't the only possibility.

Simply because something has a small chance of happening doesn't mean it can't happen. The incrediblly low odds of us appearing on this planet in our current form assumes that we are the only possiblilty of intelligent life.

(coincidentally, if you start out assuming that we are created in God's own image, it's not surprising you could come to this conclusion)

I think you sabotaged your own question by using Intelligent Design. Its a philosophical theory, not science. Its based on a logical fallacy - Argument from Incredulity, and it is not even internally consistent.

Study logic. Study science. Study math.

Maybe I should clarify the science part. Study REAL science, intelligent design doesn't make the cut.

Why do all these christian people assume I'm unhappy? Oh, because believing that unsubstantiated myth validates their faith while at the same time belittling those who disagree with them! Gosh christians are so kind and loving and merciful. They just love telling me how I'm going to Hell.

Talk about 'self denial'! You're denying every scientific progress in the last few centuries! What you are saying here is scientifically false. Science is part of what you are as a human being (and unlike religion) is a proved fact, too. So, denying science, is a rather silly way of self denial. What's next? Will you still claim the earth is the centre of the universe?

Either way you go, you're still defying human logic. Either you can say there was a beginning without a cause, the Big Bang, or there was no beginning and a God has always been. Neither are very logical to humans.

There is no logic behind atheism.
Atheism defined, from the Greek:
A from A = No
Theism from Theos = God.
The Greek means No God.
No God is an absolute negative. Any simple course in logic or
philosophy will reveal that an absolute negative is indefensible.

Well, partially because you're wrong. I see no need for god to have a hand in any of that for it to exist anyway. And it doesn't matter how improbable you think everything was, if it hadn't happened exactly that way you wouldn't be here complaining about it.
