I notice all these questions about stopping these hollidays????dont you remember when you were little and ho exciting these hollidays were for you???? this generation of children have so much less to get excited about then we did....a lot of that is the fault of our generation. why would we want to take the joy of the magical feeling of giving on christmas. or the fun on dressing up and pretending to be a pirate away from them. as far as cutting down trees goes...they do have artificial trees. I use one...its cheaper because you can use it over and over.
Please stop trying to take the wonder away from my children. ild like them to have a nice childhood. these hollidays dont hurt anyone.

I'm all alone, I have no-one to turn to, I have no one to love, I feel like have no place in this world, like the powers that be are ignoring my desperate cries for aid, I feel like I'm falling into an endless pit, one where I can slowly feel the walls closing in around me as the light gets farther and farther away. I have been saying and doing things that are very uncharacteristic of me, and I feel like I'm changing on the inside, the light of my soul is rolling from light to dark, and my heart is blackened, I feel like I'm constantly fighting to keep my sanity as if there's another "me" inside trying to claw its way out. Can anyone tell me what exactly I can do?

this is going to be more of a statement cause i keep seeing this debate. the bible doesnt state the earth is 6000 yrs old. you can not measure the amount of actual time that went by during the creation period. a day in OUR definition is the earths rotation on its axis, so then explain how a "day" went by without the earth ever existing (as christians you should know that the earth was not the first day's creation). a day is a symbol of a period of time passing, this could be thousands to millions of years (for christians you claim god is beyond time, then why do you limit him to a single day? do you not think that a day to him could be years upon years to us?) so why then could the earth not be millions of years old?
