Are you ready to be scared? It’s funny how at Halloween we delight in being scared. Many people actually think it is fun to be scared to death! Death itself is a scary thought. It is something that no one wants to think about, but every one will experience. What do you think will happen after you die? The Bible says “It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.” (Hebrews 9:27). Take a quick test to see how you will do on Judgment Day... Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you ever used God's name in vain? (That’s Blasphemy). Have you ever looked at another person with lust? (God considers lust to be adultery in the heart - Matthew 5:27-28) If you are guilty of these then you need to realize that God sees you as a liar, a thief, a blasphemer, and an adulterer-at-heart. Can you see your danger? What can you say in your defense? The good news is that God has provided a way for your fine to be paid, and that is through Jesus Christ. God commended his love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotton Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) You broke God's law and Jesus paid your fine! So what do you have to do? The Bible commands you to repent (turn from sin) and place your faith in Jesus Christ alone to save you. Your good works won’t help on Judgment Day. Confess and forsake your sins once and for all! Do it today - you may not have tomorrow! Then read the Bible daily and obey what you read.

Is there such thing as "the range" anymore? If we just let cowboys hang out because there is the rodio, maybe we should just get rid of them. I mean, there really doesn't seem to be any use for a cowboy anymore...most herds seem to live in little pens now making the term, "cowboy" a bit antiquated.

Can we drive them out of town while beating them with sticks?

for me, ever since i was 4, i've learnt that africa is a very diverse continent made up of blacks, whites, asians, disabled, young and elderly people, hetrosexuals, homosexuals; all types of people. yet why is that when africa is mentioned, particularly in the media and the news, we constantly being fed images of just blacks and whites, and that black people are regularly and negatively depicted as being orphans, poor and helpless when it is not always the case? because for me, i see africa, as like those other continents as being ethnically and socially diversive as europe and the americas to name. although where it does differ is the economic and financial structure, which it seems to lack in certain parts.

what are your general views on this question that i've posed here? are you fed up of the media and certain people who insist africa is a country? of which it is not. what about the negative stereotypes that we are shown on tv and in the newspapers? what do you make of those?

Everday I see christians on here who without one shred of evidence, make wild claims like:

....The first man was made from dust...
....The first woman was made from a rib-bone...
....There was a "talking" snake...
....There is an invisible devil
....There is an invisible being named "god"
....Prayer somehow affects the outcome of an event more than mere chance.
....Jesus will come through the clouds on a flying horse and dead people will reanimate and climb out of the ground to join him.

Please.

When can we end this sick charade?

When I was in school many children were allowed to be excused from classes that conflicted with their faith or not required to answer. Such as evolution, Sex ed, and some P.E. There were also those exempt from the Pledge of Allegiance. Should not these children be allowed the same as regards their right to their faith? This is a matter of opinion so all answers are welcome and encouraged.

Intelligent Design is not science, nor is it a scientific theory. Niether is anything having to do with religion or the Bible. As much as creationist would like it to be it's not.
Intelligent Design is not a theory for many reasons the least of which is that it predicts nothing.
Scientific Theory:
A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena.

I am a mathmatics graduate student and I need hard facts, not touchy-feely "my book says right here that..." assumptions. It seems like people that "know" God, know everything about God...So? If I were to die right now by a sudden and unforseeable cattle stampede because some idiot cowboy decided to smoke "the reefer" on the job, what is the percentage that I would get to heaven.

Let me rephrase the question, because I know I'm going to get a lot of "Well, are you a good person? do you praise God everyday?" That isn't what I'm asking. In today's world, I need to know if 1,000,000 people suddenly died in a strange, but somehow funny, metropolitan/marine manure accident during the lunch hour involving a medium scale earthquake, a tidal wave, and several bulk freighters carrying cow poo...How many people would actually get to heaven (on average based on society's current standards)... Is it approximately 450,432? 700,428? 4? What?

Near Future!!! World War 3?
Ill make this short. As you can see NK tested its nuke. Iran is making nukes also, with Russia's intelligence. This is how its going to happen. U.S. and its allies attacks NK. NK nuke Japan, then NK getting wooped and calling for its allies Russia, China, to help and Russia's and U.S's with over 50 nukes alone will blow this planet into pieces lol!!

world war 3 has already begun just waiting for things to heat up.then someone will snap and nuke, if the middle east (Iran, etc)gets a hold of the nuke theyll use it without hesitation! Then all hell break loose! CAN'T WAIT! lol

ALSO north korea facing sanctions! and now more! North korea economy will be corrupt but if this happens most likely North korea will sell its nuclear bomb to Iran (second largest oil maker) MUAHAHAHAH

I am muslim myself and believe that everyone should be entitled to their own freedom of expression whether it be wearing the hijab, niqab, cross, or turban. I think there is a great misunderstanding and people easily result to extreme views instead of stopping and thinking in the middle
