Jesus is unelectable in the America of today. He was a homeless guy who didn't wear a red power tie.

Jesus would never get into politics.

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

The governments laws are not the same as God's laws. The government will not even allow the Ten comandments to stay in the courthouses. What makes you think Jesus would be allowed in?

Obviously he would bomb the crap out of them. The new evangelical Jesus is an eye for an eye kind of Savior. Haven't you been paying attention to your fundamentalist preacher? Check out Jesus Camp. That's the new Jesus. Militant and vengeful. These Koreans are members of the axis of evil. They are not saved and they don't have a personal relationship with Jesus. So Nuke Them.

In the Bible, in the Garden of Gesthemane when the Roman soldiers tried to capture Jesus, Peter cut off one of the soldier's ear to protect Jesus. Jesus turned around and healed the very ear of the person who tried to capture him.

So, if Jesus were President of the U.S., I think he would render all nuclear weapons inert (is that the word I want - a weapon that fires blanks) so they could never be used to kill anyone. I just can't see Jesus who would heal his captor's ear, condoning killing any another person.
