The most peaceful religion would be the one that judges no others, and does not involve itself in politics, or mans ideas of moral trepidation.
It would recognize others rights to believe as they would, and would not force others to believe by way of guilt, force, or fear of reprisal.
I guess there ain't no peaceful religions out there after all.

Not actually a religion, but atheism is more peaceful than any religion.
Atheism does not promote hatred for the sake of an invisible friend. It does not promote murder, misogyny, racism, homophobia, or social elitism. You will not find a single atheist document that claims someone had to die for us in order for us to be spiritually fulfilled, nor will you find any documents claiming that bad things happen so an invisible friend can teach mankind a lesson.
We do not kill because people don't like our favorite books, nor do we believe that important books should be destroyed or censored simply because they conflict with our favorite books. Atheists have waged no wars because of our favorite books.
Atheism does not claim that everyone must follow bronze age ideals to live in a computer age society. You will not find an atheist document that claims there are 12 steps, 10 commandments, or a three-fold law stating that there is an absolute way for someone to live their life.
Atheism promotes knowledge and wisdom more so than any religion. We have no revered leaders locked away in temples and monasteries to solve problems for us that they do not understand. Our social and civil leaders are not renowned as child molesters, or rapists.
Atheists occupy less space in prisons than followers of most religions. Christians Muslims and Jews occupy the most space in federal and state prisons.

The Quakers, Amish, and Mennonites are peaceful pacifists. For non-Christian religions, Buddhism, Taosim and Paganism seem to be relatively peaceful. But a religion is only as peaceful as the individual members who adhere to it.

The most peaceful religions at the moment don't have many followers .
As the religion grows i suppose people in that religion become violent.
And yes i agree that no religion is violent as it is from God.( ISLAM,CHRISTIANITY,JUDIASM)
it's the people that make it violent !

Many religions and religious sects are pacifists. However, pacifism is immoral as it tolerates evil. Therefore, while they claim peacefulness, through inactive, they encourage violence.

I guess all religions are peacefull...if they come from GOD.
evil....has influence people from various religions,...to do the opposite AS WHAT GOD WANTS,...through their religions.
