Do Christians ever wake up and wonder why their lives are so miserable? No, they never awake fully! When they feel too miserable, they cheer up by finding fault with other Christians and trying to make anyone who disagrees with their dumb beliefs miserable. I don't need to wonder why my life is miserable. It's because my oldest sister and my aunt who are Christians try to make me miserable. I just quit speaking to them, and Voila, my life is quite happy again. I am free of preachers telling me I'm a sinner and should put money every Sunday in plates for regular offering, special offering and building fund to get salvation I don't need and forgiveness for sins that I don't recognize.

Actually, the last time I woke up and wondered why my life was so miserable, I was still a believing Christian. I've never had that problem since I freed myself from the shackles of religion; I wake up every day and know that my life is mine and mine alone to live and enjoy.

I'm inclined to agree with the previous post. I from the UK so we have plenty of atheists in this country and I would say that without a shadow of doubt that many are happy and content with their lives. So I don't know where you got the idea that atheists lives are miserable. Think your imagination got the better of you. Conversely I know of many christians who are doing hardcore drugs and are not happy.

14 years of marriage and my 8 year old twins. Yes, I was married for 6 years before I had children. I go to work everyday and come home every evening. I help my kids with their homework. I eat dinner, sometimes with my family, and sometimes not. We all sleep at night, just fine. Just like you. Sounds like an ordinary life to me. Not immoral. Not unhappy Certianly not miserable.
I live like most people in the world. No matter what they believe or don't believe. I live my life , just like you, one day at a time.
How can Christians wake up every day with hate in their hearts for atheists and still call themselves aChristians?

You are funny.
I especially like the way that uneducated, ignorant people (such as yourself) take a look at their own unhappy, miserable lives, and project them onto others.
I'm pretty sure that someone out there can help you to understand the concept of projection, it's kind of hard to understand, so you might want to ask a grownup.

there lives arent miserable.. they get to wake up every morning without the threat of some higher being looking over there shoulder.. they dont have to prey to God or statue.. they dont have to go somewhere to pay the same respects that they could at home..
so that question is null and void

This question is so idiotic that it's actually amusing. Maybe Atheists are miserable because they're so much more intelligent and realistic than others.

No, I wake up everyday feeling great, happy, content and fulfilled. Because I don't have some "God" telling me how to think, feel, or how to live my life. Maybe you should actually talk to some atheists before you make a blanket assumption like that.

Focus on your own happiness, not on others' misery. Be very honest with yourself--you are wishing and hoping that atheists are miserable, and/or wanting to make them so.
