Science cannot currently answer the question you are asking. Ultimately, time's arrow is determined by entropy and the breaking of the decay of a certain particle known as a 'kaon' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaon).

However, if ALL of space time was created in the initial big bang, then it is just as reasonable to interpret the laws of physics as though everything that was, is, and will be was created in that same instant, and only our internal view point allows us to see the flow of time.

Define spiraling universe. If time is simply a function of the universe's entropy tending towards a certain direction, then no they don't all exist at the same time.

No, only the present is here and now. The past already happened, the future hasn't happened yet.

Every thing has its cycles. even cycles within cycles there is a force, call it life force are whatever .some call it prana some call it orgone energy.when two emerging life force energy's come together they most all times, cause the form of a spiral.all things are at one place in the spirit.you can realized that completely if you are in the spirit. and travel to a certain level of consciousness.you can see all of creation from all the way back to all into the future, at one time. I hope I have answered your question. sufficiently

We live in an expanding universe.
Our planet is in the spiral galaxy that we call the Milky Way.

No, unless you are God, and I don't think you are. We are all trapped in time. The past is gone, and the future is not here yet.

i'm real sad to say this..but...all of you's are wrong...1..there is no past..present...future..there is only one setting...NOW!!!!..NOW!!..example..if a door is open before...and its closed now....there is no past or present tense...ITS THERE..ITS NOW...another example...earth was HERE..its here..its NOW!!...so when people in movies say ''im going to travel back in time...'' what back?..there is no back..there is no future...theres..NOW...just NOW...those words just organize our world in a sense. so basicaly what happened in 1942 happened NOW...TODAY...we just have calendars..and numbers..and stuff like that to keep the human mind organized.

The past is gone..
The future is yet to come...
All you have now is today!

However, when you consider man created Time it can get pretty hairy!

Spiraling? Linked into time? I think you are getting your metaphors crossed somewhere.
