I say one day time. right there, in the sky a couple hundred feet are so up . a silver saucer shaped craft. hovering. god is my witness I saw it. what are they doing here>?they could nt be from this planet do you think.

I'm an atheist because I don't believe in God. But if it was true about God - that if you behave yourself and believe in Jesus for about 70 years, you get eternal life. But then if you don't believe in it, you don't believe in it.

How do other atheists feel?

I know I should get him a B-day Card, and write the words "Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas. Thank You for Everything" And maybe I'll add more. But I want to get him something else besides a Card. Does anyone have Ideas on what to get for my father?

Asians, Middle Easterners, or Latin Americans stare sooo much!

I shouldn't pinpoint those three groups only; I must admit that most all foreigners will STARE at you for long periods of time and don't seem to feel anything negative about doing it.

It seems that the typical response, to stare back in an exaggerated fashion does nothing to check them...Is it only in America that we learn to not stare?

Pls advise if you are smart enough to know the answer and not sensitive to anything not P.C.

okay, i've suffered psychological problems most of my life, and now, at 19, i suffer from anxiety alot, which, it was easy to cope with a few month back, then for some reason, god and satan started to come into my mind alot.

like, reasoning with them, although i never hear there voices, and asking for there help, when i don't want it.

this has been causing me distress that has been keep leading to phases of anxiety and fear.

when i try to tell myself, i'm worrying irrationally, something in my mind tells me that i'm not, and that some supernateral force is going to attack and possibly kill me, so its like a constant inner battle.

i'm not religious, well, not in a sense that i go to church, i believe that there is good and bad in the world, but thats about it.

I posted another question (which is still open, called "Last night I had a dream") about this topic, and got minimal response. In order to not be considered racist, I feel I must clarify. I have noticed that many other cultures do have a sense of unity, and have organized groups of top minds from many feilds to tackle global problems, and to get ideas flowing. I'm wondering why nothing like this exists for Blacks, and whywe seem to have no real sense of unity. Is anyone brave enough to seriously answer this question? If a group or groups like this do exist, I would love to be informed.

Looking through the questions and answers in the religion section, I often see atheists asking about 'proof' of God's existence and Christians often answer by saying something like 'faith' doesn't have to be logical or require 'proof' and that's why it's called faith.

Frankly, I'm a bit puzzled about that. Where does this 'faith' come from? Is it because your parents were Christians so you believe it too?

I took my 5 year old brother to the zoo yesterday and when he had to use the bathroom, I took him into the womens. I did not feel comfortable letting him go into the mens room by himself without supervision because of all the creeps that could be in there. I was just wondering ig this was the right thing for me to do? How old is too old for a boy to go in the womens restroom?

Also, my husband and I were talking and were wondering if we ever have a daughter and he takes her somewhere without me, is it ok for him to take her in the mens room? There are urinals in the mens room and we wouldn't want our daughter exposed to that so what would we do in that situation? If she were 5 I guess she could go in the womens alone but at 3 wouldn't she need somebody with her?

If there are any parents out there, let me know how you handle this situation. Do you get weird looks for taking a boy in the womens bathroom and vice versa?

After being saved for just over a year, I have tottaly gave my life to Christ. So have not gone to bars, clubs, ect. But I really love to dance. I belive that I am strong enough no to be influenced by anyone else. if anything I would influence them. so.....I really want to go country dancing do a little two stepping. Country is usually love songs and I lost my dog songs right? so wouldnt that be alright, I am not going to where they play rap, ( yall know what they say in most rap songs) Ill would be going with a few good friends who enjoy dancing as well, no drinking. How ever at my church I am the male dance leader in the Dance Ministry. so would that also make me look bad?

The Bible States that Tattoos are wrong. So when people get tattoos of something purely Christian related, whether its for fashion or to show devotion, or even a permanent reminder, is this sinful? Can't a tattoo be a sign of Devotion? What about Peircings?
