Why was the doctrine established by vote instead of by revelation? Why was the membership of the voting council loaded with Athanasians? Why was belief in this then-new doctrine made a condition for membership in the church? Why were Arians exiled and executed?

Are Catholics completely nuts?
You tell people humans came from a magic garden with an "apple tree of sin" growing in it. You belive people speak different languages because people tried to build a tower to heaven and god got mad. Then you tell people that one man built a boat the size of a 10 aircraft carriers (win no nails or power tools) and put one of every animal on earth on it while god flooded th. Paul Bunyon and Steve Irwin would have loved this guy. Your ancestors crusaded around murdering millions of people, spitting on your own crosses, warship severed heads, and preforming sick sexual acts. Your trusted priests are so convinced that homo$exuality is a choice they r@pe and molest thousands of boys in secrecy, not knowing how to confront their (obviously) unchosen affliction. Not to mention, you tell people who were borned and raised a different religon they will burn in a fire for the rest of time? .. There is good message being distorted.

i mean seriously. when is it ever going to stop. do we all have to be one color, one race, one religion, and share one belief to get along? can't we just be tolerant of others? You don't have to agree with what one believes you can simply accept rather than fight.


I'm tired of this christian vs. muslim, athiest vs. christians, black vs. white, dark-skin vs. light-skin, skinny vs. fat

and the list goes on.
this list is endless unfortunately.

Hello I want to know the thoughts about virgin mary in these three religions.. as well the Islam.. as well about Jesus what's the conception about him in these three religions..but in special IN Islam I was reading a posted some muslims told Jesus from the gospel it's not the same man mentioned in the Quran I've heard his name is ISA.. do muslims believe Jesus it's the same man in the Gospel even I know u dont believe in the Bible

my best friend's a guy that i've known since preschool. every since about sixth grade i've known that he was gay. he never told me or anything, i just knew. i never had problem with this at all. that's the thing. i alway just thought of him as Jeff. why would it matter to me? but...here's the bad part. now that we're in highschool, everyone makes fun of him and now they make fun of me to. i can care less what they say, but it's as if Jeff never wanted to tell me that he was gay. I dunno what to do...he's mad that he's getting made fun of...im mad that he longer is plain old Jeff.

I know us Pentecostals both Oneness and Trinity speak in tongues, I was wondering if Baptist or Methodist do as well.?

I had a gay friend he showed me some of the community very nice people, yet I truly know I'm straight but for even hanging out in the crowd I get labeled and I won't stop because of that but labeling is so uncool. I don't know I was maybe at a time attracted to a very small shy gay guy but thats what this is about. Very many questions.
