They stole it from the pagans and slapped a fancy name on it and called it Jesus birthday and as we all know its not...

There for Christians should not get to celebrate Christmas because they stole it.

I recently came across a terrible rumor spread by a man whose last name was Chick I belive. He's appearently been telling people for years that ancient druids would visit door to door in midevil europe, trying to find a royal virgin to rape and sacrifice, and that those who let them in where left with carved pumpkins containing a candle made of human fat, and this is where the TRUE trick or treat tradition of Halloween came from. It was so full in inacurricies it was funny, and I was wondering if anyone had an even sillier rumor.

Please note: This is a Pagan friendly question, and I WILL report any abuse. That said funny rumor time.

the bible has been passed down from generation to generation...been edited here and there... a lot of tyrant and power hungry popes have been in hold of that power for quite a lot of time. I was waiting for my husband to sign in and send me a "Happy Birthday!" I waited all day, but he didn't show up. We live in two different countries. When the messenger notified me that I had received mail, I was shaking. "Yes, yes! He remembered it!" I was SO HAPPY! Neh! It was junk mail. What is important is to be alive, but I feel like an ant lost in another planet. I love to wish everybody a happy birthday and do anything to make them happy. Something as insignificant as this made me feel like this (see link below) I have neither family nor friends here. I didn't know that I was so alone. Well, but I am ALIVE!!!!!!!! Yes, yes, yes!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am pretty healthy and beautiful (inside).

They're not. Reproduction is one of the basic elements of life, along with breathing and using the bathroom. Cats reproduce, platypi reproduce, cows reproduce; you're not special just because you've added another moron to the population.

"Miracle" is defined as an "event that appears to be contrary to the laws of nature," or "an event or action that is amazing, extraordinary, or unexpected." Millions of new organisms are born every day. Birth is not contrary to the laws of nature or extraordinary. Babies are not gifts, they're just smelly, screaming annoyances.

In middle school, i befriended some people that eventually turned on me. When they betrayed me the first time, they faked an apology and i made friends with tthem again. They did this at least 3 times. I got in a whole heap of troule and got a bad reputation for this. Is it my fault or is it them?
