Moderatio....passion is the answer....obviously no human can fulfill the perfect example of all things being perfectly equal at all times....passion will change the outcome.

Isn't that what "Debate" classes are in H.S. and colleges?
As long as people just stick to facts and no passion (staying in control) it's also called an adult conversation.
When passions rise, and control is lost, then it's called a fight.

hahahahah very valid point and yes it is possible. You will find many people who's idea of "right" changes depending on who they are around at the time. For example many of the people here on yahoo chats post the things they do because they can do so anonymously, not all but many do. While if they were in a different setting they would respond differently. People like this have no foundation they have no footing in who they are or what they choose. They simply go along with the crowd. One min they will agree with you, but if your idea or statment becomes unpopular... they will want to argue it with you .. even though they know that you are correct, they dont want to appear to agree with you because that would not be the popular stance to take.

It's very possible to argue with people you believe are right. I, for example, often find myself arguing FOR theism against my other atheist friends.
I'm not clear on the other point, though. If someone believes everyone is right (to an extent, I assume?), and are clear in this opinion, then it should be easy to argue the point.

Yes... If that person shares equally in both sides of the debate and can then argue on either side.

A devil's advocate does just that except for the last part of the question.
The last part of the question makes no sense.

Sure. I believe that everybody's right, and everybody's wrong when it comes to what God is. So I believe you're right in your beliefs, AND I believe that those who hold beliefs contrary to yours are right as well.
