Can anyone explain the four levels of Consciousness in Hinduism, waking state, dreaming, deep-sleep, turiya.?

Hi! I'm a Hindu but I just realised how little I know about it. I'll get back to u with an answer but it'll take some time since right now there's no one I can ask.
BTW, what is this 'turiya'?

EDIT: So u already got an answer to that? Gr8! That last part OM is what Lord Buddha did - denounce the material world, give up all material possessions & understand that u r He & He is u. Did this make it easier to understand?
