I don't have one and have nothing at all against those who have a few (I don't understand having your body covered in them though!).

I'm debating getting a modest sized one, less than palm sized, in a non-obtrusive place such as my upper arm or shoulder.

I know the biblical implications of marking your body and that argument carries zero weight with me. I also would make sure the artist was reputable and sanitary.

What are your thoughts and/or advice, especially from those already inked, about someone getting their first one?

i understand that your position is that humans need freewill, otherwise their "choice" to love god isn't actually a choice. --- but why does satan need to have freewill?? is it because satan still has a chance to change his ways and get back into heaven?, or no, did he already burn that bridge?

i'm anticipating that some of you will say that we need evil in the world, or that, once again, we would have no freewill., and that the devil is needed in order to test the faith of christians. --- if this is the case, then i must ask a second question:

how would things be if lucifer never turned against god? did god WANT lucifer to turn against him in order to have the world end up like this? if so, then we should consider evil as part of god's plan, yes?

No cultures are exactly equal in every aspect. One principle of anthropology seen in play throughout history is that when one culture meets another, one will come to dominate the other. This is a result of technology, social heirarchy, commerce, social organization, scope and resources of government and state, and more. This is a simple prelude to acknowledging the fact that one culture is often superior to another in one aspect or another and to say that the dominant culture engages the (soon-to-be) subservient culture because it does find some value in that culture that it lacks (sometimes this is simply and unfortunatly slave power). In the sense that the GBLTT community constitutes both a global culture and unique subculture within many countries, and has few ties to traditional, ethnic, or historical roots, what virtues and weaknesses does it display in relation to other cultures? How can these strenghts be used to its advantage in maintaining distinctness and unity?

why would Jesus and Daniel lie-or others lie for them-the writers of the bible were martyrd to death-would u make up a lie and die rather than deny it?

Jesus says as our Messiah he died for our atonement-sin sacrifice-do u have an innocent person to die for you-and that offers to come into your heart and be true??

well is Hell a quick burn? is it a lie? or is it curable-Jesus says it is and that he will give you life and life more abundant on earth and in heaven-John 10

Ok so do you need to believe in God to be religious??? or does a religion need to have a god to be a religion??? Basically can anyone give me their veiw of what a religion consists of? Do you need to worship or is belief enough? Do you have to abide by rules or commandments? Does religion need a title ie.Christianity or Islam to be a religion? Can you be the only person who follows your religion or does there need to be a community?(I'm not interested in becoming part of a religion incase anyone tries)

Why has extremist Christian movement risen up as a reaction to growing extremist Islamists? Are they just chickens or what?

It seems to me that Christians in US and Europe are just to cowardly to stand up to deal with widespread extremist Muslims. You need to fight fire with fire. When a Muslim group makes a threat or kill a Christian who oppose Islamic view, there seems to be no answer from the other side. Why not reciprocate the threat and action? Where is the Knights Templar movement of present day.
