i understand that your position is that humans need freewill, otherwise their "choice" to love god isn't actually a choice. --- but why does satan need to have freewill?? is it because satan still has a chance to change his ways and get back into heaven?, or no, did he already burn that bridge?
i'm anticipating that some of you will say that we need evil in the world, or that, once again, we would have no freewill., and that the devil is needed in order to test the faith of christians. --- if this is the case, then i must ask a second question:
how would things be if lucifer never turned against god? did god WANT lucifer to turn against him in order to have the world end up like this? if so, then we should consider evil as part of god's plan, yes?

In creating Creatures with freewill God did a very different thing in the universe. Now God has a perfect plan but we do as we like and so we have the sinful world we have today.
Satan had freewill also.... and he made alot of accusations against God. Now God has to disprove them and put everything right again .
Just as we have plan A , Plan b, Plan c etc... courses of action so does God and according to our decisions he just moves to the next plan because in the end God's big picture will be accomplished anyhow. God has a plan for every eventuality so it not that he wanted evil, it is that he will use whatever situtation we allow to get his will to be done...

You've already answered the first part of your question -- that evil exists because it somehow serves some good purpose (like perhaps it allows God to test his creation). Otherwise, God would never have allowed it to come into fruition.
If Lucifer had not turned against God, then probably some other angel would have sooner or later. God must have foreseen that possibility, thought it over, and decided to create freewill anyway because the end result was somehow worth all of the problems that it would cause.

Yeah, Satan burned that bridge before the material world even began. He chose to serve himself rather than God. His philosophy seduced a third of heaven. That's what made the material world and mankind necessary. It's also why Satan hates us. We are bred to replace him and his in heaven. It's also why salvation was necessary, because Satan tripped us up at the beginning in an attempt to get back to where he 'belongs'. But he made his decision with full knowledge of everything. We were tricked. That's why we get a second chance. Evil was never a part of God's plan. But He can use it to His Purposes to make us better than ever.

God promises that will all be over when he returns to earth. Satan is the God of the underworld. You must choose one or the other. There is no in between. I'm not sure of what God's plan is. And neither do you, or you wouldn't have asked this question.
When you ask a question like this , you are putting yourself on the same level as God. I don't think you have the credentials for that.

this will not be allowed forever, but when satan decided to turn against God he challenged whether humans could rule themselves better without God. To give time to prove this, God has allowed Satan to continue. The Bible says God is love, so there is no way that God planned for Satan to turn against him, and evil is not necessary to appreciate the good. It may seem like a long time to us, but the Bible says that 1,000 years is as 1 day to God.

Satan did have a free will, he choose to disobey, now He has no choice , His only recourse is to try to take as many as he can to hell with him.
No,,God didnt want Lucifer to do this but did have a plan for mans redemption, as for why all this,,it is not known , but God did promise this : In Revelation
Rev 10:6 And he swore an oath in the name of the one who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and everything in it, the earth and everything in it, and the sea and everything in it. He said, "God will wait no longer.
Rev 10:7 But when the seventh angel blows his trumpet, God's mysterious plan will be fulfilled. It will happen just as he announced it to his servants the prophets."

Because he too is a person, not a puppet manipulated by God.
He does NOT want puppets, he wants people who WANT to love him and love others.
Repentance is an option open only to humans. It seems to have to do with living in time. We will still have free will in eternity, but our perspective will be different and the option of repenting of anything will have disappeared.
It's very much like you repenting of your spelling error after you submitted your question, but that option had disappeared.
When we too are no longer bound by time, all this will make sense, but for now we must be patient and trust God.

hi, The be conscious translated hate is nicely the retreating of blessing because of the fact of unbelief and disobedience. God knew Pharoah and Esau would not provide in even nevertheless each and every of the data became positioned earlier them. They have been like contemporary-day evolutionists. Gentiles who have faith are common via God.(eg Ruth in OT, Cornelius in the NT.) The Israeli everybody is under a promise made to Abraham. they're in disobedience at latest and could finally study to obey God. Their enormous mistake became to reject the Saviour Jesus. whilst the fake (reported as anti) christ commits an abomination in the temple their eyes would be opened and that they are going to understand and settle for Jesus as saviour and god. There are plans to rebuild the temple however the Muslim mosque has tobe bumped off first. think of what furore which will reason in spite of the undeniable fact that it is going to take place. nev

Satan when he opens his mouth utters his native tongue...deceived in it's own deception (non-redeemable) he is the father of lies and pro-creatus able to create evil...his followers were known to have a bastard father (Jesus said, "You are sons of your father Satan." They were called white washed sepulches full of dead mens bones and serpents. The fallen sepentine spirit is defeated and his head crushed at Calvary - making him a defeated foe, hence...I stand washed in the blood and he cannot stand before me, plus it's days are numbered till he goes to hell. So, like a chicken with it's head cut off it runs around flinging blood. Job called him el satan or little devil. Creating evil he is sent to hell. Released from hell he still does evil. God who can do no evil nor imagine an evil thing, does not adopt evil. Alast, evil may exist but satan will be cast away once and for all. Being the bearer of light was a gift God gave him that remains, with his music. Once God gives a good gift he thinks no thought of what he will get out of it. Jesus, regained his fallen title as Bright and Morning Star. So, a deceived liar who does evil is not redeemable unless he changes. Free will like that what the angels have caused them to believe him when he said, "I am God." Other angels knew he wasn't while some followed. They were cast down and became fallen angels. Satan believes he is God. God did not allow him to stay in the place he held preeminence but cast him down. Created beings like man were created to Praise God. The highest from of satanic worship is the worship of self. Christ says, "You must die to self." One is true and the other a lie. If it is a half truth then it is a full lie. Be careful of his evil ministers transforming themselves into beings of light. Jesus said, "I am the light."

Yes, *part* of it is to test us, I imagine, but the truth is that God does *NOT* allow him to do as he pleases (or humanity would be a lot worst off and probably extinct). Everything evil in this world is not only the result of Satan's lies, but also the selfishness and arrogance of humanity itself. People don't need "help" to do wrong...
