As example: I was moving up an escalator in Macys recently, and some guy stands close to me and says to his friend "Now thats a Bisquit Butt" ...his friend looks confused & says "what?" and he points to my a*ss and says "Cause I want to butter that up and eat it"

(yeah, I ignored him and I was twenty shades of red, but he was cute) So tell me your best or worst experience, depending on how you see it.

a lot of us cannot believe that God exists because we think there is no proof of it. while i think that part of having faith is just that: faith, i humbly submit a few ideas that may be looked at as proof:

1)the books of the old testement were written by many authors over thousands of years, and were in circulation by the nation of israel for all of that time. it would have been awfully hard to forge them.

2)the books of the prophesy in the old testement foretold who the messiah would be, and Jesus met those criteria (that He would be called a nazarene, etc.)

3)while some may question his deity, that Jesus did exist is not reasonably questioned by historians, any more than that socrates existed.

for sake of argument, lets take the Bible at face value: as what appears to be a book written by men. examining it from a purely fact-based agenda, it may not be possible to affirm everything said in it. for example, genesis reads like oral tradition. it is the book with the (more)

My 2 year old daughter is starting to say words, when she wants something or when she wants to say something. I am of portuguese nationality and I talk to her in portuguese, my wife is english and talks to her in english. She seems to pick up much quicker the words in portuguese than the one's in english and sometimes she mixes both. I don't know if this is good or not, but experts said she should learn both languages.

About 6 months ago, I had a dream in which I was in a pitch black space *I know it wasn't a room, it was just a space*, and someone was grabbing my upper arms and digging their fingertips into my arms. I remember screaming, and I woke up very abruptly, and my entire body was stiff and rigid, my hands straight out at my sides and my fingers spread out and every muscle taut. When I had calmed down, I went to have my shower, and I noticed yellow, brown and green bruises on my upper arms where I had been "grabbed" in the dream. I could not have done this myself, as I woke up too fast for my hands to move from my arms down to my sides. The bruises were NOT there before I went to bed that night. Could there be any explanation to this?

I believe christians should not go around preaching on yahoo or anywhere else for that matter. Most christians I have come across are extremely rude and arrogant to presume that it is all right to ram their beliefs down my throat.

I have quite different beliefs from most christians and I don't try to immpose my beliefs on them. No wonder they were once fed to the lions.

All that was original and perfect was lost in Eden, even at that the long life span is evident man was made to live forever but lost it, and life decreased, fast after the flood.
Isa.65:17; 66:1,22; 2Pet.3:13; Rev.21:1-5 these tell of the new heavens and the new earth. All made new. Then there is this promise.
1Cor.15:22; As in Adam all die, even so in christ shall all be made alive. It says all.
Heb.9:27; It is appointed unto man once to die and after that the judgement. SO IT MAKES ME WANT TO ASK WHERE IS ANY HELL.

The lake of fire is the second death.
Rev.21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
