God created nature. How else did nature arise?

The world is governed by natural laws, but we need more to keep human beings from killing each other. Hence religions and the deities are invented.

On the other end, 13 billion years is a long time for something to brew in the universe, so I know there is a higher conscious out there somewhere. But, to talk to that consciousness, we must be able to think at that level -- ie. think beyond our petty differences. That's the hard part if people can't even get along.

U can still hve a world governed by laws of nature n still believe in God. They can co-exist. It really depands on "How U choose 2 look at things?", on ur perception.

Laws of nature dictates "cause n effect" / "Chaos" Theory whereas some religion explains "Kama" / "retribution" theory.

The difference is the Laws of nature states the "Survival of the Fittest" (animals only hunt 2 survive) but all good religions preach "Love", "Care", "Understanding" n "Respect / Compassion" for all living beings.

Law of Evolution (Dawin's Theory)...Tis contradicts the believes of some religion...

Cheers...

That is not so. Even if the world is governed by natural laws then a deity could have put those laws in place. This is kind of like what a Deist belives.

I happen to be an Atheist, but I will conceed a good posibility(like a Deist god).

I am a atheist and i wouldn't say that a world governed by natural laws disproves any god idea you can throw at me. It does disprove a god who can change natural laws or answer prayers.

As far as just a generic god, a world ruled by natural laws doesn't disprove that. But bottom line there is no proof or even any evidence that there is such a thing as a god.

The solutions indexed below are so thorough that there's no longer a lot left to assert :D we are in a position to look at this question yet in any different case: would desire to a universe, or perhaps a multiverse, each and each with its very own set of exact rules, have resulted from a team of atoms that got here mutually randomly and that then unexpectedly via itself began to stay with very specific instruments of exact rules, springing up, via finished accident, an endless, non-provide up and complicated existence cycle it extremely is the comparable from the smallest particle, to the multicelled organism, to the main important galaxy? what's it that made those random creations (or factors or atoms), completely of their very own accord, each and each and each and each between the billions and trillions that exist contained in the entire universe, persist with the comparable set of regulations for the billions of years of their life? If capability fluctuates and rules substitute, as some would say, how come the development of life has been the comparable all this time? What would look like chaos is something yet. If we glance heavily we are going to see that chaos is amazingly properly designed, or to apply yet another notice, quite patterned. What we expect of are ameliorations in scientific rules are in all probability a transformation in our concept of nature and the cosmos. We would come across new phenomena each and all of the time, yet they have been continually there. So, even quantum entanglements, multiverses, and capability fluctuations persist with a particular set of exact rules and have been doing so considering Time began. it isn't the indisputable fact that issues, consisting of capability, substitute that proves there are no rules. it extremely is amazingly sparkling that there is a shrink on what it could substitute into, so rules are contemporary that govern the habit of all issues. How that capability got here approximately contained in the 1st place is yet another question completely :)

Probably because most, if not all religions set the belief that natural instincts are sinful. Pride, Lust, and Greed, for example, are felings we as humans naturally feel from time to time and even provide much needed motivation to succeed. But they're all concidered sinful.
Natural laws cannot co-exist with religion because natural laws are represented by the devil (or his various equivalents).
