What first comes to mind when you think of Alabama? What events or personal convictions have shaped those thoughts? What is your opinion of Alabamians?

I always thought myself being an atheist because I don't believe in a God. I thought it was as simple as that but i've been doing research and apparently atheists don't believe in spiritual stuff and all that. Well I do. I believe in reincarnation, spirituality, afterlife and that there is something out there that looks out for us but not necessarily a God. What kind of religion/category would you put me under? I don't even know if it's as simple as that so if i'm being a bit stupid here try and be mature about it, thanks.

I know that not many people want to discuss this right now, but I would like to get ahead of the game here. I am looking for your best ideas for homemade Christmas gifts. I would like it to be something that is nice, but too expensive.

Why do you question our intelligence? Considering that 90% of all the private colleges were founded by christians, where do you get that we are against science and technology, that we can't use math, and we are somehow sub-human because we don't believe in killing unborn children, having sex like animals with no regards to the consequences, etc.

I'm sorry, ok, neo conservatives and members of the Christian Religious Right, stop calling it Islamo facism, facism is the merging of the state and corporate interest, example is America and Haliburton, and Democrats are to blame too under Clinton Haliburton got all these no bid contracts, mm k.

We are facing Islamo terrorism, mm k. Say it neo conservatives and religious right and creationists, is-lam-o terr-or-ism.

Very good. Now stop sounding like a broken record without a high school education saying islamo-facism please?

Thanks.

As I was walking into the supermarket I passed a group of teens, multi-racial, i.e., black, white, and hispanic, with their pants low, & calling each other ni**as. Another time I was pumping gas and the car next to me had a song with every other word was ni**a or bit*h. Two hispanic males bobbing their heads to the beat. Being a black woman I was a little put off. But if the rapper hadn't made the song they wouldn't have been listening to it. Am I being too sensitive on the subject?

On April 20th, at around 11:30 in the morning, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold walked into Columbine High School in suburban Littleton, Colorado, armed with pipe bombs and at least seven guns...And then at last they reached a bright–eyed seventeen–year–old named Cassie Bernall.Either Harris or Klebold (none of the cowering students could see which it was) put a gun to her head and asked, "Do you believe in God?" She paused for a second, according to her classmates. And then she answered, "Yes." "She was scared, but she sounded strong," said her Bible–study friend Joshua Lapp, a sophomore who was hiding nearby, "like she knew what she was going to answer." Staring at her, the gunman asked, "Why?" Before she could reply, he pulled the trigger and shot her through the temple, killing her instantly.

This morning i recieved an invitation to go to a halloween party for my church. Its next month and i want to make a prinncess outfit. I'm 14 and 298lb and extremly overweight. My mom worked all night to make this outfit perfect to show my gramps thats in town for a bingo tournament. I put in on and looked in the mirror. I told my self i was beautiful and walked downstairs. When i got downstairs and showed him. Before he could say anything i turned aroud and a button hit him in the eye. My dress busted off. I left degraded and exposed, looking down at my numerous rolls (which by the way, I enjoy fiddling with in dark rooms all by myself.) while my gramps was left unconsious. What should i do?

Wether you were watching the news as the second plane hit the World Trade Center, or if you found out after the Pentagon was hit, what did you think was going to happen to America? We all were shocked, but what did you think was going to result or happen in the following days?

As silly as this may sound, I thought that it was the start of a war here in America, I mean a war were our military would be fighting the enemy right here in America, and I thought the attacks would continue and eventually destroy freedom making the country a "war torn" country.

But what about you? What did you think would happen?

I am a guy and no expert in salon etiquette. I tip the person who cuts my hair ($6 on a $30 haircut). But what about the woman who washed my hair? Right after my washing seems like an awkward moment to find my wallet, etc. Does my hair-cutter tip out the hair-washer (like the waiter-busboy relationship in a restaurant)? Thanks.

1. Us Atheists believe in ourselves enough to not believe in God and not be intimidated by the hell myth.. We know we're right

2. God believers would rather play the better safe than sorry game. They often say, "if im wrong, I have nothing to lose". They dont know if they're right so they just play it safe

3. Us Atheists feel that we can do just fine depending on ourselves

4. Most God believers feel that they're lost without a Skydaddy

I asked if 'pro-lifers' ate meat & most of them don't realize that meat starts out as babies too. So the next time you no-choicers are munching down, remember that baby calf trying to stand on its own 2 legs. They also forget that we are animals too. There are other ways to get amino acids. If you don't understand a question, you truly exhibit ignorance by condemning it.
