Why do you question our intelligence? Considering that 90% of all the private colleges were founded by christians, where do you get that we are against science and technology, that we can't use math, and we are somehow sub-human because we don't believe in killing unborn children, having sex like animals with no regards to the consequences, etc.

Whether they realise it or not they want what we have................. They will ridicule and put us down because it is better to make us look stupid than to give us the time of day that we may actually be right. The fear of God runs just as deep within them as our love for God does.

One reason is because we don't like the fact that you can't let others live their lives as they see fit. You are determined to make everyone in this country think, act, feel, and believe the same things you do.
Another reason is because very few Christians actually live what they are preaching to others. Most Christians are hypocrites. Every person on earth is a sinner according to the bible. Yet many of you believe that you are above every other sinner. That somehow your special. The bible clearly states that you should not judge, you should love thy neighbor, etc. Yet as your question clearly indicates, you don't live your life according to these rules. So why are you telling others that they should?
Clean up your own life, become perfect yourself and then maybe, just maybe you can tell someone else how they should be living.

People reply to you because you make moronic statements like "having sex like animals with no regards to the consequences". Seriously, where did this come from? Most people, regardless of their choice of religion (or lack thereof) don't have sex with animals.

My response to your other questions (not that you actually care):

I personally don't loathe Christians (not all of them anyway). I am, however annoyed by the ones that insist on shoving their beliefs in my face after I've said "No thanks" . I don't question people's intelligence until they question mine or if they cannot formulate a complete thought without having a thousand spelling and grammatical errors. I've considered few people sub-human (those I have considered sub-human are usually history's genocidal maniacs). Like you, I don't believe in abortion, but unlike you, I don't believe that I can say what rights other women have when it comes to their own bodies.

Because Christians are slowly trying to create a theocracy in America, substituting the country's ideals for their own, and indoctrinating the youth into Creationism and right wing agendas.

They've done a lot to stop the progress of Science, and promote a rabid zealous worldview in which everyone but them will burn in a lake of fire in the afterlife.

Now, if more Christians actually acted like Christ, I don't think they'd have so many people hating them.

Good and thoughtful question. Simply because a kind of relgious extremism is flourishing in the world today. Relgious people seem to have decided that a crusade against anyone not of their belief system is not only acceptable but to be condoned.

Everywhere it seems the religious are killing people who disagree with them. We atheist/secularists have both lost power and are surrounded by a world that seems to have gone crazy for one kind of God or another. We are frightened, and with good reason.

Please stop telling us what to do, and how to live our lives. And if you go to church, please tell those more extreme than you how deeply wrong it is to tell others how to live.

Thank you for your question. I am here to deprogram you and liberate you from your sins, and from those unscrupulous greedheads of preachers who are taking so much of your hard-earned money. If I can steer just one sinner towards the path of righteousness, I will have made the world a better place. May you eventually recieve enlightenment.

for the most part you are right but everybody has a right to say how they feel whether they are christians or not.
I don't think that is right some of the questions are saying but I am a christian too. don't let everything you see bother you. consider the source and go on.

nicely get some attitude right here i could say lst off. i do no longer hate Muslims. I hate violence, terrorism and the mindless killing of harmless human beings be that from muslim terrorists or anybody else from the different way of existence, united states, faith or nationality. good honorable people who happen to be Muslim I actual have no longer something against in any respect. you have the comparable right to coach your ideals & faith as anybody else does and that i do no longer think human beings or christians ought to hold it against the full MUSLIM community whilst terrible, wicked, evil, sinful human beings do undesirable issues interior the call of Islam! As a Christian(s) we can relate to this because of the fact our own history is replete with the evil that grew to become into finished interior the call of "God" interior the previous and it continues to be held against us to this present day too. there's no longer often a people who has no longer experienced hatred, bigotry, racism or another prejudice over the a while... SO i could say don't be so speedy to show and blame all human beings as muslim haters on the grounds that may no longer precise, authentic or honest. THIS united states is a myriad of many human beings from everywhere interior the worldwide and besides the undeniable fact that many folk are relatively in contact, nervous and worried approximately how some Muslims sense and talk in the direction of human beings because of the fact the heretics they thinks we are - few human beings blame ALL Muslims for the movements of words of a few. and people who do, i think of achieve this out of lack of know-how and concern specifically.

I'm beginning to think that non-believers are a bit afraid and that it makes them feel better to cast dispersions on believers.it is something like whistling past a graveyard.
