the story of sauls son jonathan and his love for david is of a brotherly love not a sexual love. so why do they twist it to say they are gay. its not true. they love each other like a brother loves his brother . thats like saying all people who love their best friends because they are close to them like a SIBLING is gay. not true. it needs to stop. they are not gay.

I feel kinda crazy but, for the longest time I've felt like there was SOMETHING in my room. I hadn't really thought about it for awhile. However, tonight, I saw this little red orb flying all through my room. It was going really fast and I tried to see if it was just how my eyes were perceiving light by turning my head. It didn't do it though. The orb just kept flying around. I looked for any source of light, I even thought for a moment that a person might be outside my window doing something funny with a red light. I saw none. I looked all over my room, seeing if there was something flashing red. Nothing, not the radio, not my cell phone and not the fire detector. Trust me, i wouldn't be on here asking, lord knows who, if I didn't really feel nervous. Could it just be me?

I was at one point of my life a Christian. The reason I stopped being one becuase I didn't have the heart to say or think that another person that isn't Christian that they would one day be damned to hell. I still believe in all the morals that the bible promotes. I believe in loving God and respecting him. But I do not believe Christ was God. He might have been holy. But He is not God. Do you think that one day that i'll be in hell?

I don't believe in hell. I'm just wondering what Christians think. I'm loking for an opinion.

Because I want to date a muslim man, I know alot about all the history and worship. I am fine with that even thought about converting, because I am christian, and the religion is similiar. I just dont know about all the differences in relationships and such. Could use some help. Did some research online already about muslims. But I want to know about everyday life and how it affects a muslim, and the beliefs. Is his parents going to force me to marry him, or convert? Any help given will be appriciated.

3Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. 4Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head. 5And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is just as though her head were shaved. 6If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head. 7A man ought not to cover his head,[b] since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man. 8For man did not come from woman, but woman from man; 9neither was man created for woman, but woman for man. 10For this reason, and because of the angels, the woman ought to have a sign of authority on her head.

How much money is made in Gods name(billion dollars)
Matthew 21-
12. And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves.
13. And He *said to them, "It is written, `MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER'; but you are making it a ROBBERS' DEN."

I have been in straight relationships all my life. Have many gay & lesbian friends but I've never had any tendencies no matter how much time I spend with them. Recently got out of a relationship with a guy so I was feeling pretty depressed. I started hanging out with a group of gay women and suddenly found myself attracted to one of them. To be more specific, we have been spending a lot of time together and I am attracted to her personality so I started weighing the possibilities of being with a woman. Somehow, I am not attracted to her sexually. Don't get me wrong, she is cute and attractive but I don't feel the same way I felt when I was dating my ex boyfriend. She is the only woman who has affected me this way.

2.) What about the Sacrament? Do all partake of the bread and wine? Only the Catholics in attendance? Or just the Father?

3.) Is there a choir? Do the members in the pews sing? Or is there one designated singer for the mass?

4.) Can you educate me on the procedure of confession?

5.) Please add anything else that is pertinent to the Catholic faith.

Thank you!

if a person is already in a sorority or fraternity can they switch to another sorority or fraternity? if their current greek life is unpleasant .. meaning their is no event to represent their letters... not enough members.. and that it was a new found sorority/fraternity... and their isnt much of bonding going on and not enjoying what the greek life should be like.. even after they've tried to bring life and recognition to their sorority/fraternity.. should they think about crossing over to something they feel they can associate more with?

There are quite a few countries that are ruled by Religious People including the Vaticans, many Muslim countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, The Middle East etc....

Does anyone wonder if the country will be better if Religions are not mixed with Politics and are governed without any religious intervention. An example of a muslim lady converting to Catholics will solicit death threats for commiting apostasy.

How many here will believe that it is possible for such countries will begin to change their policital system ?

Christians seem to be relatively convinced that they have chosen the right path, but how are you sure?

For example, the Zoroastrian religion has a book that's supposed to be inspired by god as well. They have a prophet very similar to Jesus and they are older than judaism or christianity.

So, basically my question is this, Why do you christians think that you are right and zoroastrians are wrong?

LDS theology teaches that when you die, you retain all your psychological addictions (such as caffeine, smoking, heroin, etc.)

[and (...I think...) the unclean lusts of the mind not conquored (but not sure about this last part.)]

I understand partial reasoning is that our mind does not die with our body, and so we carry those aspects with us. This is perfectly *logical*...but many doctrines in Christianity are, regardless of validity.

Would Mormons and non-Mormons alike be so kind as to support whether the above is true or false with reasoning ***and*** scripture? (LDS scripture can be posted too.)

It would also be great if an LDS member would clear up whether the last part of my question is accurate.

Thanks in advance!!!

How often have we heard otherwise conservative people complain about the sexism/treatment of women in Muslim countries. We still have plenty of problems here in the USA. And I don't just blame the men but there are certainly enough males who love to repress and bully women around not just overtly but often in subtle ways. And that's just it. Just because women can vote and do so many things does not mean that there still isn't many glass ceilings for us eveywhere. We are still expected to do it all, raise our children AND go to work. We are expected to do it all and much better than men. Men can do what would be considered a half-*** job for a women and get promoted and richly rewarded on the job. The times are going backwards lately with a return to conservatism on the rise and women's rights are as well. Who here realizes this and is willing to address this very important issue.

Get over the whole slavery thing? And that it was so long ago, and it doesn't affect the Blacks of today?

Do you think that's right for someone to tell an entire race to forget the little bit of history that Blacks have?

Everytime someone talks about the hardships of Blacks, someone always says that it was so long ago, and that we should get over it. (Yahoo Answers)
My answer is No, I think it's rude and disrespectful.
