Different races and colours - breeding and adaption. No, this is not evolution, because they are still human beings, not entirely new, different species. A German Shepherd and a Beagle are both dogs, different as they are.
Different lifestyles - People are people. God wanted individuals, not cloned robots (to use a very mixed metaphor.
Different sexual orientation - since the Fall of Man, and consequent expulsion from Eden, the entire of creation has become corrupted by sin. So even our sexual orientation has become corrupted, as a species. Yes, I believe that sexual orientation is not a choice, no more than allergies. It may be a result of nature, it may be a result of nurture. But being homosexual does not mean engaging in homosexual sex. God said homosexual sex was wrong, but said nothing about being homosexual. It is possible to be a non-practicing homosexual, or non-practicing heterosexual for that matter. I believe a non-practicing homosexual can be considered Christian (or Hebrew, or Muslim, if you will).
Does that answer you question?

You most likely wouldn't accept any of the answers creationists give so I ask myself why bother. Yet others may read this and so here I go...
Races and colors.... God made man out of the dust of the ground, how many colors of dirt are there? There's red dirt, brown dirt, sand is melon colored, there is darker shades and lighter shades. The languages of the various races came after the creation at the Tower of Bable. The various differences in racial customs and culture is more of an anthropological question, not a biological question. Culture developes based on a groups surroundings, history, ect... this does not harm the creation explanation at all.
As for sexual orientation, the Bible says that there is right way and a wrong way, the wrong way is sin. Sexual orientation has a big problem with evolution however, as evolution is supposed to bring about the propigation of the species, homosexuals cannot reproduce, thus according to Darwin they are not fit, and thus will not survive for long. If homosexuality were genetic then how is it passed? After all they cannot reproduce so the gene should've died out long ago. The bible states that such sexual orientation is sin, a choice, and wrong.
Different lifestyles fall under the same category as different cultures I would think, unless you are talking about specific lifestyles, and if that is the case you need to be more specific.
Thus there is no problem with creation and the issues you mention, but there is a problem with evolution and the issues you mention.

Because people have adapted to the areas they live in, and different tribes moved to different areas, and not everyone looked alike to start with. Just like with animals, a dog has always been a dog, there are variations, breeds and mutations, but a dog is still a dog.

Everything was made a little different, making everything the same would be easy. But if everything had to be different...wow, what a pain that would be.
