men are sexy..bald or not.

If bald means shaved head, YES it is sexy. (For example, Wentworth Miller and Tatum Channing. They are so damn hot and gorgeous)
but if you mean, bald due to aging. Some are sexy. (For example, Patrick Stewart) and some are not. ( Sorry, can't think of anyone)
It doesnt really matter if a man is bald/shavedhead as long he knows how to take care of his body. Some bald/shaved head guys know how to carry themselves with confidence which make them really really drollingly sexy!

Baldness, in and of itself, is not sexy in my opinion. Baldness is a physical sign of aging, it's nature saying your days of prime are over. lol (just kidding)
Hair is like your "crown", while a crown does not make a king, it does add to the package of what a king represents.
The only exception to the rule are men that have other attributes to compensate for their shortcomings, such as a very attractive physique, general sex appeal, personality etc.

Some are, and some are not... its a personal preference... I personally think bald masculine guys are pretty attractive... but not into all men who are bald... I guess what it boils down to is if the guy is a bad boy looking bald guy Id be into him...otherwise no...
that's my personal feelings on the issue... everyones different though

Some guys can pull it off to be bald and sexy. Hence: Peter Frampton. He was hot when he had hair, and now he doesn't, and he still is hot.

Well, some of them are.
Why? Because they have the confidence to be themselves and not wear a toupee or do the comb-over; or because they choose to shave their head and not get all wrapped up in hair.
Patrick Stewart is sexy to me, as an example.

My man shaves his head and I find it very sexy! One of the first things that can catch my eye about a man is a shaved head... and if they have facial hair as well.... All I can say is OH DADDY (LOL). I am not sure why I find this such a turn on... but I do.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder. and it all depends on the bald guy. i have seen some dudes who should never have shaved their heads. wrong shape of head.
