I was in the park and i met this black woman who was out with her kid and her husband(who was white). Her daughter was playing with my little bro and she was telling me that she had thrown a party for her little girl (who looked white) but when the kids turned up their parents they took one look at her mom, saw she was black and took them home!They thought because the little girl looked white her mom was too. How can ppl treat anyone this way? Especially children, how can u have a soul and a heart and treat another human being this way?

My grandmother used to repeat a bible scripture that stopped blood when I was a child having nose bleeds. She also would repeat a scripture when someone was burned that would take the pain away. She called it blowing fire. Does anyone know where these scriptures are located in the bible?

For example, I've seen people who offer medical advice because they are a "medical librarian", "legal secretaries" offer legal advice, etc. etc. IT'S FREAKING BOGUS AND I WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT BECOMING A FRUITFLY.

In the end, how many rules and commandments must actually be followed and how likely is it that God will turn away a good Muslim or a good Catholic or a good Jew?
Of course the ten commandments are universal, but what about meat on friday, or women not wearing a veil.

I've had experiences such as ice cold sensations on my back and my hair. I also had an experience with a reall cold breeze in my house. It was winter and everything was closed you now windows doors etc. I thought that I was seeing things but I had two different people in the living room with me when these things happened. I just found out that my ex passed away a couple of years ago could it be possible that it was him you know in spirit?Remember I have two people who experienced it with me. One other incident was when me an my niece were sitting in the living room and one of my picture frames moved there was no wind you figure it out! My niece and I were freaked out, thank god she was with me when it happend cause I would have thought that I was losing my mind!!

I asked: Who do think will find a cure for cancer first? All the believers in the world praying for a cure, or the good folks at the Mayo Clinic. Please don't answer with any silly rationalization, like they are inspired by God. God had his chance and blew it by letting countless innocent people die of cancer. He also had a chance with Small Pox, Diphtheria, Leprosy and the Bubonic Plague (which killed an estimated 35,000,000 people during the middle ages) to name just a few. Where was God, I am sure that the dying were praying to him. By the way the above desieases are eaither wiped out or so rare that they are not worth mentioning, all thanks to science (the same guys, that the church loved to burn at the stake during the middle ages, quite funny).

My mother in law and everyone on my husbands side of the family were family friends with a gentleman. I was introduced to him when I met my husband, it wasn't till we were ready to get married was I told that he was minstor. So I knew him as a friend first. I was lost with religion and was rather imbarassed, so I never went to Church afraid to look dumb. This last year, almost 10 years after I met him, we started to attend his Church. We have become very active in things, and see more and more how dedicated he is to what he does. Christmas is fast aproching and I would like to get him something more then special. To show him how much he has done for me and my family, and how greatful I am that he has helped to bring a better understanding of religion into my life. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry you can get Paul Wall to make you a $30,000 set of plantinum grillz all you want, that crap doesn't make you look any better in my opinion. You can be a good looking guy or gorgeous girl but as soon as you put that crap in your mouth, that looks so ewwww!!! Don't you know those things turn your real tooth yellow or more yellow depending on your case. What do you think?
