My grandmother used to repeat a bible scripture that stopped blood when I was a child having nose bleeds. She also would repeat a scripture when someone was burned that would take the pain away. She called it blowing fire. Does anyone know where these scriptures are located in the bible?

If you are anointed with the Holy Spirit lay hand on them and ask God to Heal them and recite any of Gods words to him he hears you. Your Grandmother probably knew this it sounds like she was Anointed with the Holy Spirit.
This was known as the Baptism of Fire or the Holy Ghost
