...if there is a church on earth that god endorses and directs, isn't it necessary that he bestowed his power and authority to it?
Most christian religions are created by reformer or founders who acted because there was something wrong with another church, however, very few claim that God founded their church.
So the way I see it, either the catholics are right and have been all along, or it's a church who was set up by god and directed by god.
This rules out the methodists, prodistants, baptists, evangilists, jehovah's witnesses, and many others.
