Traditionally, the bride and groom dance the first dance together. Then the bride dances with her dad, the groom dances with his mom. Then all the members of the wedding party dance, and then all the guests dance.
That's the tradition, but what you choose to do at your wedding is up to you.
Congratulations, and have a long and happy life together.

I've seen weddings where the Bridal party starts the dance off, then the DJ asks the parents to join in. Or I've seen one where the bride and groom have their first dance together. then the 2nd song the bridal couple start the dance, the parents join in and only then do the bridal party join in. Then this dance continues into the next song, at which point the DJ gets the rest of the guests to join in. Good Luck and Congratulations!

Usually the bride and groom and the wedding party have a dance of their own, then the dance floor opens up, and everybody is allowed to dance when the song is over. The spotlight remains on the married couple, while the wedding party dances around the couple. Kinda like at Homecoming, when they announce the king and the queen, and they dance, then the homecoming court dances after the DJ introduces the King and Queen. Then they also have a thing where the mom dances with the groom and the dad dances with the bride.

In my wedding, first the bride and groom danced. The next dance was for the bride and her father, and the groom and his mother. Then the parents. Following was the dance for the wedding party. Afterward, it was a free-for-all.

Actaully on the Bridal Party only women come I guess. So obviously your mother and future mother-in-law will be there. I don`t find anything wrong in it. Do you?
Good Luck.

During the bride and father, groom and mother dance, they should be the only one on the dance floor.

just have the bride and groom dance by themselves for the first minute of the song, then split up and he goes to get his mom and she goes and gets her dad to dance with then those couples split up after another minute and the mom & dad go get their partners and everyone is invited to dance.
