Have you ever had a spritual encounter?

I've had experiences such as ice cold sensations on my back and my hair. I also had an experience with a reall cold breeze in my house. It was winter and everything was closed you now windows doors etc. I thought that I was seeing things but I had two different people in the living room with me when these things happened. I just found out that my ex passed away a couple of years ago could it be possible that it was him you know in spirit?Remember I have two people who experienced it with me. One other incident was when me an my niece were sitting in the living room and one of my picture frames moved there was no wind you figure it out! My niece and I were freaked out, thank god she was with me when it happend cause I would have thought that I was losing my mind!!

Thes things started to happen back in 2000 and my ex passed away in 1998. I also exprienced someone tapping me on the shoulder one when I was cleaning and it scared the life out of me. I wish I knew why these things were happening I know I'm not going crazy.

Don't fear it Im' just wondering how may of you exeperienced things like this. These things do happen you know.

Yep. I was going to work 1 morning at my usual 4:00 am.I turned off the lights in the bedroom as I closed the door as I do.Then I turn on the hall lite,which is a large panel with 3 switches on it you can't miss it.But I couldn't find it with my hand (I'd done it a thousand times)Just then in the pitch darkness I could feel someone behind me,(now I'm a big dude 6'3" 245lbs.i'm not afraid of much)I felt this thing as if it walked thru me.The chills and electric feelings I got up my spine was sooo creepy.Then I got to the switch and turned it on.Nothing there,just when I was gonna chalk it up to imagination,a toy phone in our spare room down the hall said "Bye-Bye"as it does when the kids push a certain button on it.My Dad had died acouple of years before,He was a telephone man for 40 yrs.After that,never another encounter(that was about 7 years ago)I think maybe he never got a chance to say goodbye.Tell that person it is time to move on you forgive him or whatever.I'm 53 now but when I was in high school a bunch of us (4 or 5 )guys were sitting on the lunch benches outside by a wall about 10:00 pm B.S.ing around after our football game When the drinking fountain(you know the school kind porcelin white with a star like handle you turn to get the water)came on.That was kind of weird you know maybe it was leaking or something but it got our attention, then we saw the handle turn left and the water went completly off.You never saw a bunch of big football players take off like that! That was strange.We got the courage to go back in the following nites but never happened again.

Yes, several times. I have seen what some refer to as ghosts-an old couple walking where a railroad once was and a little boy in overalls sitting outside an abondoned school house.
I lived in a house where one room was always colder and felt strange-my cat hated that room.
Twice we had a painting my mom did swing violently back and forth for no reason.
It is not unusal at all to have this happen. It is however, hard to keep from being a bit freaked out.
I think those gone to the other side are not far away at all. Just another dimention.

Yes, and they've been happening to me my entire life. I'm a natural empath and communicator. I have a permanent portal open in my home where many MANY spirits come to me to pass messages on, or to find their way home... or in many cases just to rest, recouperate, or find healing. It's something that's perfectly natural for me. My daughter is 4 and she often describes them as well, the same ones that like to stay here for extended visits. One young girl spirit is a regular in my daughter's room, so much so, and so strong of an entity, that we've left her crayons and paper, shut the door, gone back in there an hour later and there were drawings made for us.

Nothing unusual about it at all in this house.

Twelve years ago one night I was asleep with my fiancee' and awakened by a presence in the room. I sensed it was a male presence pacing the floor; it'd go from one side of the room to the other, around the bed. At first I thought it was my deceased father's spirit, but then realized no, it was my fiancee's deceased father's spirit. The spirit was greatly distraut and upset.

The next day I learned that something happened that evening to my fiancee that would alter his life drastically in a negative way.

I've seen a dark figure when i was around 8 or 9. I was afraid out of my mind. I was frozen in place and I had hairs sticking up on my back like knives. It is something I really don't want to go through again but I'm sure I will.

I was wide awake at the breakfast/lunch/dinner table.

I once encountered a being that I think was a demonic thing, although I didn't and don't believe in such things. Scary as all hell. It was some years ago, but to this day I don't know what to make of it.

It sounds like it was a ghost. Many people experience ghosts, so you are not crazy. I have seen, heard and felt ghosts on many occasions. It happens all the time for me and my family. But its not something to be afraid of. Ghosts wont cause you bodily harm. Maybe you should read books on ghosts to get more info.
