Hi. Bullies have a few traits in common. One is that they don't like bloody noses. I mean this rhetorically, not for the victim to physically harm the bully or anyone else. An unexpected strong response from the victim can sometimes drive the bully off, but (s)he will just pick on another victim.

Really I think you are meaning the latest report about majority of kids have seen another kid be bullied.
I think this goes back to our American Culture. We all want to be somebody and we are so competitive that the person next to you would mess you over for a nickle. We all need to be kinder to eachother.

Yeah, but he made a big mistake. he gave me the first punch when he decided he wanted to beat the crap out of me. I hit him in a place that incapacitated him for a while. He left me alone after that.
