I find I'm so dependent on electricity. I sit there in the dark, thinking"well, I could...no, requires power...what about, no..can't do that either" I guess when this happens I spend a lot of time inside my brain thinking about everything and nothing. What about you?

I noticed in read the scriptures that Jesus compares himself to so many things. One place I read he said he is the vine, and another the good shepheard. He also says we are his sheep and his branches. Are these the same meanings?

Ok well I'm a 14 year old girl. I think I might be bi, but I'm not sure. I have had probly two boyfriends and no girlfriends. I feel attracted to girls almost as much as to guys. For the past year i have been questioning it. I recently met someone who I found out is bi and this made me question myself more. Why they teach there young ones with full of hatred?
Why they can't live with other religions?

So, here are the details! I'm a lesbian, and my girlfriend is transgendered. I love her so much, and I do my best to keep her happy and support her in times of trouble, but sometimes I wonder if it's adequate - After all, sometimes it seems like she's gone through so much stuff (transitioning, etc) that I can't even begin to relate to, and no matter how hard I try, I feel like I'll never be able to totally understand her because our life experiences have been so different. She says she's happy with me, but I still think I could do better.

So, how can I be a better girlfriend to her? If there are any transgendered folks reading this right now, their input would be greatly appreciated, but anyone else is welcome to comment! :) Thanks so much!

For instance why do I see a lesbian couple where one seems to carry herself like the woman she is and the other woman assumes a more masculine role, and vice versa for gay guys? Whats up with that?

Don't say, because the Bible says to. The Bible says not to eat pork, not to wear clothes of mixed cloths, not to shave, to keep the Sabbath on the SEVENTH DAY (Saturday), etc. And I don't know very many Christians that follow these. They say, "That was the Old Testament."

Guess what, tithing is in the Old Testament! The New Testament only talks about giving cheerfully. It never says to give one-tenth. Or to tithe. This is one of the very few commandments found in the Old Testament but not in the New that Christians follow. Why? Because religious leaders are all the same- power hungry and money hungry!!!

The morning after pill works EXACTLY the same as regular birth control pills, by preventing an egg from attaching to the uterine wall. If a fertilized egg is already attached, it will NOT affect it.

The abortion pill (RU486) is different, it WILL remove a fertilized egg from the uterine wall.

If you're opposed to the morning after pill, you have to be opposed to regular birth control pills also.

If you're anti-abortion, you can't condemn the morning after pill, for it WILL NOT cause an abortion.

(based on my earlier question, some people don't know the difference)

My boyfriends grandmother passed this morning. She practically raised him after his own mother died so he is taking this pretty hard. I was wanting to send some flowers to the funeral home.
