The ancient Chinese character for ship/boat has the character for numeral 8 followed by the word mouths. Collectively meaning eight people!

The 8 people who left the ark are Noah and his wife, his sone Shem,Ham and Japheth and his wives. Total 8. Eight people in a ship.

When travelling in India I like to look like the beautiful Indian ladies and wear Salwa Kamees, dupatta, anklets, toe rings etc. I am tall with dark hair so sometimes I am asked if I am from Mumbai. Do Indians find this strange or are you offended by us Aussies dressing in this way?

i've been dating this guy for a while now, and i do like him, but i dont want to be clingy, or "needy" but at the same time i am sooo attracted to him, that i really want to see him 24-7 but i dont really show it because i heard it a turnoff. Hes sooo incredibly gorgeous, and i would love to spend lots of time with him, but sometimes i play hard to get cuz i dont want to show signs of being needy. any advice?

but the incompetence of doctors.

For example:
Someone states they had advanced cancer one day and the next it disappeared.

Could this have occurred because the person had doctors that were just not paying attention to details, or in some cases the doctors themselves were prone to superstition?

In the Garden of Gesthemene, He asked the Father, "Father, if Thou art willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Thine be done.” (Luke 22:42)

If God and Jesus are the same, wasn't he simply following His own will then? Or could He not follow His own will, as I understand to be implied here, because of the will of His Father?

And a related question - why did He ask His Father "My God, My God, Why have You forsaken Me?" (Matthew 27:26)

If Jesus and God are the same, then didn't He abandon Himself?

And there are numerous other passages where Jesus distinguishes Himself as the "Son," separate from the Father.

I was raised as a Christian, but I was NEVER taught that Jesus and God are the same. I was taught that Jesus was the Son of God, "God made flesh" and "God made man."

So - where does Jesus Himself claim that He and God are the same?

(Please don't tell me who the Apostles or any others claim that He is - please refer to Jesus' own statements).

Don't people get bored of asking religious questions everyday, I am including atheists and Christians. I look at their profiles and all their questions are about religion: You are wrong I am right. Lets kill them ALL. yadda yadda.

Aren't other important things to ask and learn in life like. What's your favorite brand of tuna or do you like my body measurements?

Take a look at your surroundings people. Not everything is religion!
