In the desert, a week and man, was I glad to hit a town by then. Longest before is maybe 24 hours.

A week; right after being released from the hospital and having a baby. The options were: bathe or sleep 5 more minutes. With a newborn in the house I needed to keep my sanity. I chose sleep.

Three weeks. I had acute respiratory failure and spent one week in the intensive care unit and then stayed in the recovery ward for another two weeks. I was just grateful to be alive. Why the interest in this subject?
