Sin is about getting stuck to an action , which basically 'retards' ones progress towards being more human... So it is the purpose of the mind that matters rather than the action itself !
A brief story to illustrate....
Two monks under vows of celibacy, meet a youthful girl on a river bank requesting them to carry her across to avoid herself getting wet. One of the monks readily obliged. The other one maintained a grim silence.. Having crossed the river the girl walks her way.. Then a while later the other monk asks "how could you CARRY her, when we are supposed to be under vows of celibacy", to which our monk replied "Oh, I had long ago dropped her at the river bank(other side), where as I can see , you are still carrying her within you ! And who, do you think , has broken the celibacy vows ?" !

No. It simply means you are mentally ill. I doubt you ever did lick a clown. You either:
A) Imagined it because you are mentally ill
B) Watched it on TV and thought it was you because you are mentally ill
C) Dreamed a sick dream like that because you are mentally ill
