By the Lard, do you mean the Lord as in God? Or do you mean the Lard as in the stuff your mom cooks your chicken? And what colors are you seeing? And what are you doing when you see the colors. So many questions...I'm sorry, I've just muddled the question.

Crisco isn't true lard, lard comes from pigs. Just a FYI !!!

Usually Lard is white... or a grayish color.
