Assuming that the story of Noah is true, and that there were a limited number of people (likely from the same descent/ethnicity), animals and plants on the boat:
* How can we account for variety of races (black, white, Chinese, Spanish, Indian, Mongol, etc. etc. etc.) if we all came from the same few people in Noah's immediate family?
* How can we account for the millions and millions of species of animal, reptile, insect and plant life on the earth today, assuming that Noah didn't have access to life in disparate parts of the world and thus would not have been able to save all of the diversity of land-based life that existed on land before the great flood?
