I just cannot believe that in the year 2006, that such a thing would still be taught as fact in science class.

If such a thing was happening here in Europe it would be ridiculed beyond belief.

OK if that is the law and only family men are allowed to look at them don't you think that it could easily lead to incest as she does not have even the freedom to see men outside the house?
Naturally she will feel the pinch and turn to her own men of the family...it's just my thought but many would be thinking like me...pls..learned people answer me tks...

Imagine it is already mentioned in Qur'an 1400 years back.

It is mentioned in The Glorious Qur'an in

Surah Ambiya, Ch. No. 21, Verse No. 33 'It is Allah who has created the night and the day, the sun and the moon, each one rotating about its own axis. It revolves and rotates, each one rotating about its own axis. '

You tell me who could have mentioned this scientific fact in the Qur'an 1400 YEARS back which was discovered recently?
