I think the whole thing is sleazy, but he wants to get one for privicy reasons. We can't go to his place or mine since there is always family around.

He says a lot of couples do this, but im not sure.

Happiness Dream
Happiness is a good spirit that I can bring about, my kind of spirit is to create a world without sorrow, pain and mourn. My spirit does not believe in racism, everyone is equal. The spirit of happiness has in fact brought me around. Who has not recognized the spirit of happiness has in contrast acknowledged the spirit of sadness. I have always lived in fear with no claim, I have made my life miserable for no cause. An agitated and nervous person I have been for all my life. Now getting old is making me happy, as I considering myself of being very lucky, not to die young. A fool I am! As if I truly believe in what I'm writing down in these verses, then I shouldn't have to worry at all, because my death is just another step into the future life. My lented time on this Earth was meant to be, irrelevant of the worries I had. When time comes, I must be prepared, if I'll go sad, then I will leave a bad impression on my new parents, and the first thing I do is surely to cry.

i saw a film clip online where a woman's gown was accidentally ripped off of her, there she was, onstage in her bra and panties, and she freaked out, trying to cover everything up, then, in another clip, there she was parading around in a string bikini which had a lot less fabric, so....why do they act like that?

Here is the background:
I am African American--Light skinned, but fairly well tanned considering I live in Arizona. I am over weight, but not sloppy and constantly losing weight. Getting ready for my wedding. Very professional style and demeanor. I am well employed, but I do not live flashy. I am very affectionate with my wife.

Here we go: I am constantly bombarde with scowls and looks of hatred. I never noticed until my wife pointed it out. I did notice noone wanted to speak to me though. I understand a lot more Mexican (and I say Mexican because it is very different from standard Spanish) than I can speak, but I do understand when people are making fun of me and commenting about us. The men gesture and flirt with my wife in front of me as though I dont understand and the women try to hide their children from me and avoid standing or sitting near me. Is there a cultural hatred I don't understand? My wifes family wont speak to her because I'm Black.

I have been with a very domineering company for 9 years. I question a lot of their policies. I was told by a past boss,"The company has gone to the trouble to put on this luncheon for you and you WILL participate!" Since then, I refuse to participate in any activity(lunches, baby showers, birthday parties) that is not mandatory. I won't quit, the pay and benefits are good. Am I wrong to feel this way?
