Ah yes, God's morals. I guess you mean the ones that allowed six children on a church outing to drown two days ago. Or perhaps you mean Allah's morals, which permitted hundred to be crushed to death in a crowd in the "holy" city of Mecca. Interesting morals, those.

Actually, Universal Law has not changed at all. Whenever there is a lessening of spiritual and societal values, it means that one civilization is on its way out and a new one is on its way in.
The Higher Power in the Spirit, which many refer to as The Light, is governed by Universal Law which cannot be altered one iota. Near Death Experiencers have often reported this Light "at the end of the tunnel." When we leave our bodies, we experience a panoramic life review whereby we see how our actions affected those around us.
The Original Creator who manifested The Big Bang did not create Universal Law and The Light. It was The Light which enabled The Original Creator to come into being in the first place. Without The Light, there can be no stars, planets, souls, or an Original Creator. The Light transcends linear time and the physical plane of existence.
Our ability to ascend into The Light (which is nonliving and infinite) is dictated by our ability to love genuinely and deeply, and by our application of The Golden Rule - which is found in all the world's major religions.

God's plan was for us to have a perfect life. Adam and Eve decided not obey and so the fall of mankind began. As mankind moves farther from God morals decay.

I don't see how universal moral law has changed that much. Can you explain?
The writing of scholars long ago like Socrates are just as pertinent today as they were then.

Morals have always been society imposed. Even back before the birth of Jesus. Slavery was moral in that society, and now we see it as immoral in our own. If the government was to deem incest or rape, or child abuse as legal, fair practice, not to be prosecuted, given time, our moral value of those things would change, and we would no longer see them as wrong, or detestable or immoral. Morals are not grounded in any kind of faith.

Morals and ethics change over time as mans knowledge and environment change. You only have to look back over time to see this. I don't beleive a god had anything to do with it
