if u like astology the twin sign is gemini, however if that is not ur sign it might end up being kinda silly, or misunderstood, maybe if u have to ask this question u should wiat on getting it, this will be there the rest of ur life and u shouldn't just get a tattoo just to say u have one. wiat till u know exactly what u want the decide to put it on ur body, or u may regret that when ur 104 sitting in a wheel chair at the nursing home with that tattoo all wrinkled up.

I would say two animals facing each other so when you guys are back to back they will be looking at each other or my best friend she had a tatto of a dragonfly and her sisters name and her sister did the same and they both had them on their lower back
