is that what you would call, strengthening your faith on the basis that others are gullible enough to believe what you preach? or is this just spritual charity?

The condo association insurance company inspected all the condos in our development for water damage. The building representative who is also my friendly neighbor, insisted that he needed to "be with" the inspector when he came into our apartment. He said someone "has to be with" the inspector. I said "I'll be with him. I don't want anyone to come in while our apartment is so torn up being painted." He just laughed.

So the next day the inspector came and I let him in and tried to pull the door shut after him as my neighbor was standing out there trying to come in also. I was pulling the door shut, and my neighbor had his hand in the door edge trying to pull it open.
I said to him, "You can't come in" and he said "Why", still trying to pull the door open, and I pried his fingers off of the door so I could close it.
He was sort of trying to force the door open so he could come in while I was trying to close it.
Was I right or was he right? I had told him I didn'twant anyone else in

and lets say that christian is your daughter. what to do? if she has feelings for the guide and lets say he is a good student.who stays out of trouble.and then she says well god can change him if i pray about it. do you think god can hear her prayers?

It was basically surreal, from what they were telling. Most of my search results got HBO's "Born Rich", but I'm almost certain she said it was called Silver Spoons. Moments of note: A teen slaps his mother after getting a tv that's too small. And a pre-teen skips the country to Jamaica(?) behind her parents back. Ring any bells?

i dont believe in past lives, but sometimes i meditate when im stressed and i got almost like a vision type thing and i was looking out over rolling hills and tons of gorgeous land and i sensed that i was wearing fine clothes and jewels and somehow i knew i was on a palace wall.and then a man who i sensed was both my father and a king said "someday all of this will be yours" as he waved his hand out toward the land. and then suddenly in it i was in a room looking at my reflection in a mirror and i was fairly thin, had red hair, was wearing very fine old-fashioned royal clothing and had a ruby necklace on. and i heard a woman behind me say "someday you will make a beautiful queen" and when ive taken quizzes before they have ALWAYS said that i was a queen in a past life. what does all of this mean? do u think its a vision of a past life? ive heard that meditation helps you remember your past lives...but ive never believed in any of that...but im not so sure anymore...HELP!

Not trying to be mean, I just want an answer, that I am searching for. If god knows all and is all good, and we should worship all that is said, then why would he decide to kill everone on this earth except Noah and his family b cuz we were bad. If he knew that we were gonna be bad, then he was having fun with watching thousands of people die!. Wouldnt that be a mass murderer..... much like Hitler? Prophets are supposed to make prophecies. By studying his history, I found that Mohammad had only ONE questionable prophesy. I don't think that is enough to prove his authority. And why was he a bad person? He had many slaves, had sex with many women, and killed many Christians, Jews, etc. I'm Just wondering thats all.

I know what a masochist is... but if someone calls you one, does it mean that you're a moron for getting yourself in unnecessary trouble, or are they commending you for being persistant in a situation? Or.. is it a combination of both?

I don't think that people no matter what their religion should allow their kids to access this site. It will teach kids intolerance when it comes to other religions instead of how to love everyone for their differences. This site might be damaging to kids especially if their parents don't try and teach them about other lifestyles and religions.
