this is, when one lies about something...like if one says he cheated or did something bad, to just see if i would own up to something.
And who is someone that says...theyve done something bad then tlater on they say they didnt do it.

in the first situatio, he is the type who is very insecure and distrustful. Most likely he is projecting what he is doing on you, or presuming that you are doing the same things that he is doing.
In the second situation, he is lying to you. That is the problem with lying, you forget what lies were told to which people.
If this is the same person, he is the type of person that you shouldn't be with.

he seems to be just a little tricky,someone who isn't trusting or someone who really did do something but,since you had couldn't come up with something that would beat his crime,he isn't willing to share yet.
