It's called Mother Nature. We are interested so much in butts and breasts because it is part of the female anatomy.
How else would we be interested in reproducing if not for attraction to specific parts of the body.
One more thing,
"I like big butts and I cannot lie"...

It is all about Sex absolutely. Most other primates have an attraction to the buttox, for reproductive purposes and some theorise that because unlike chimps and other primates humans do not show when ovulating and quite simply the butt is hard to see when walking up right that it breasts developed as a way not just to feed children but also in the similar form of a buttox to attract men.

I have a theory... Us men are fixated on boobs and butts because you women never let us see them... I mean look at those tribes in africa where the women go around naked all of the time... The men there could care less if they see a womans boob

Not sure about butts (I thought girls liked guys' butts too), but men have been told since puberty that boobs were cool, so they believe it. In other societies this isn't true but it sure is in America.

As a man, healthy (full and erect) boobs and butts of women are nice to look at basically due to:
1. my inherent psychological make-up as a man, similar to our in-born ability to distinguish bad from good.
2. it is pleasurable to suck full and erect boobs
3. it is similar to the natural obssession of real men to have sexual intercourse with women
It is natural and normal for real men to have obsession with boobs and butts of women.

I don't have one, I love women and respect them,for their mind, personality etc. but let me ask you, Why are women obsessed about the size of a man's penis and how thick his wallet is? A 2 way street baby!

As far as being attracted to boobs that's the into our genetics as me, and butts... I have no idea but I like them....a lot.
