It puts us in a comfort zone outside of our world, then makes us consume what we may not need. No crime in staying home. Happiness may not only exist outside.

Sometimes it is wonderful to preoccupy your mind with other more easy and fun things like TV. It helps you relax. If you watch the news or factual shows, then that is educational to an extent as well as entertaining, so look at it that way.. but I know what you are getting at--the people who look at TV as dumbing down the mind--well they would have to admit to having some type of escape route from reality once in awhile too. So don't feel bad. People like and believe different things. It is your right to do what you want.

Just because you see shows on TV that you wish your life was like dosn't mean you have to have a life like that too.
TV shows have come a long way since my younger days.
More entertaining and more graphics then ever.
We enjoy watching movies at home.
No, its not a crime to stay at home on the weekend.
(You must be young. )
Its summer break, you should be hanging out with your friends/ family.

Nope, Im staying at home tonight(it is saturday). My lazy boyfriend doesn't want to do anything so Im mad at him right now. Its all good though, I get to spend some quality time with my fellow answers buddies. Yippee...
