Prophets are supposed to make prophecies. By studying his history, I found that Mohammad had only ONE questionable prophesy. I don't think that is enough to prove his authority. And why was he a bad person? He had many slaves, had sex with many women, and killed many Christians, Jews, etc. I'm Just wondering thats all.
Jesus once said, " Take care not to be misled. Many will come in my name saying I am he and the time is at hand. Do not follow them"

You are looking at history through the eyes of your own culture. When you study you need to remember when it was that these figures lived, their religious beliefs and their cultural practises.

Also look at your sources.

Jesus himself went on a similar vision quest into the desert. Without food and water, he brought on desired (questionable) visions.

Buddha did the same thing.(Questionable)

Native American's do it.

The Mormons believe that John Smith had visions too. Us non-Mormons have other ideas about him.

My point is that you will view different religious figures based on your own personal beliefs and feelings.

You should take a class on religion. They're a lot of fun and you will a get a great deal out of it.

Nope. some scholars believe it initially said the emperor Nero, or perchance the emperor Diocletian. the quite connection with the "pretend prophet," although, is held (as is a few thing else of Revelation) to be a typological, somewhat than literal, inventive and prescient of the destiny - it would not refer in reality to at least one human being, somewhat a lot of human beings in the course of heritage have in wonderful condition (are setting up, and could in wonderful condition) the shape of the "pretend prophet." as well to, on a personal and speculative element, i think that, at the same time as the fullness of truth is residing in the Holy Roman Catholic Church, all different religions percentage in that truth to an volume. for this reason, the founders of those religions (or "prophets") are partly pretend, yet no longer thoroughly so. it would for this reason look commonsensical to me that none of those prophets often is the "pretend prophet," because that none deny the fullness of truth.

i am not going to type a whole of long article explaining to you who is Muhammad is. but you shall know indeed.
he combined the characters of all the prophets of God. believe it or not Muhammad has very tender heart.

they called Moses a magician, false prophet and corruption
they called Jesus a witch, false prophet, and corruption
they called Muhammad deal with devils, false prophet and corruption. time just repeat it self.

what's more true than your God is only One. not three, not humans or idol or images.

about slaves:
--------------------
Quran ch90
[11] But he has not attempted to pass on the path that is steep (i.e. the path which will lead to goodness and success).

[12] And what will make you know the path that is steep?

13] (It is) freeing a neck (slave)

[14] Or giving food in a day of hunger (famine),

[15] To an orphan near of kin.

[16] Or to a Miskîn (poor) cleaving to dust (out of misery).

[17] Then he became one of those who believed in the Islamic Monotheism) and recommended one another to perseverance and patience, and (also) recommended one another to pity and compassion.

thanks. peace

A true prophet is never wrong, he is right 100% of the time, or he is a false prophet.

Same with any bible in the world, it's all true, or it's not of God.

Find anything not true in any religion book and you will know that book is not of God.

God is right all the time, and he won't let a true messenger ever be wrong.

A prophet that is wrong even once, is not a prophet of God.

God is perfect, he won't let his true prophets be wrong.

Muhammad claims to have been visited by an angel. Guess what the Bible says about this?

2 Corinthians 11:14 - "And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light."

Muhammad was not a false prophet. The first problem you have is that you have a total misconception of the type of man he was. Regardless of whether you believe he was a prophet or not, no one with knowledge of history can deny the exceptional quality of his character and all the good he did for humanity. Michael Hart, in his book ranking the "100 Most Influential People" to ever live, he ranked Muhammad as #1, ahead such great men as Jesus, Buddha, Confucius, St. Paul, and Aristotle.

Muhammad was anything but a bad person. He was one of the kindest, most compassionate men to ever live. He bought slaves, only to free them. In fact, his adopted son Zaid was a slave whom he adopted. Bilal was a black African slave who Muhammad purchased from his oppressive owners, only to set him free. Bilal, as a result of this compassion from Muhammad, converted to Islam and became a very important early Muslim. Muhammad did have many marriages, but you have to understand why he married these women. His first wife, Khadijah, was a wealthy 40 year old businesswoman in Arabia (involved in the caravan trades of that time) when she asked Muhammad to marry her. She had kept an eye on him when he was entrusted with her goods on a caravan trade one time and saw he was very truthful and trustworthy. Muhammad agreed and they had a wonderful marriage until Khadijah died. It was then that Muhammad later had his different wives. But, he married these women for various reasons, many of which include to protect widowed women or women who were poor. This view of Muhammad being a sexual predator is outright appalling. People need to read history -- read his relationships with his wives and what they said about him.

Muhammad was the best military leader in terms of compassion to combatants and prisoners of war. He did not kill anyone just to kill and actually made his followers feed and clothe prisoners of war with the same as they had. He emphasized the non-killing of women, children, the elderly, and non-combatants. He emphasized that no one was to uproot trees or harm the environment during times of war also.

Jesus actually spoke of the coming of someone after him, someone from Arabia with the name of "The Trusted." This came to be true, for Muhammad was from Arabia and was known as "The Trusted One" (Al-Ameen) due to his highest character.

I recommend you visit http://www.cair-net.org/Muhammad/ and get a free copy of either a book on Muhammad or a DVD on his life. This is a free drive set up by the Council on American-Islamic Relations to dispel the misconceptions people have of this great man. They are giving a free book or DVD (your choice) to whoever wants one. The books are paid for by a fundraiser CAIR has been having.

don't forget some of the earlier christian own slave and one of the slave even went over his master head and appeal to paul

he false

in the old testment where God tell his people to test prophet

[The Lord said to Moses: "] I will raise up a prophet for them from among their own people, like yourself: I will put My words in his mouth and if he fails to heed the words he speaks in My name, I Myself will call him to account. But any prophet who presumes to speak in My name an oracle which I did not command him to utter, or who speaks in the name of other gods -- that prophet shall die." And should you ask yourselves, "How can we know that the oracle was not spoken by the Lord?" -- if the prophet speaks in the name of the Lord and the oracle does not come true, that oracle was not spoken by the Lord; the prophet has uttered it presumptuously: do not stand in dread of him.
