My favorite color is purple, but I also really like all others, this one just sort of draws me to it. I also really like fairies, pegasus, and unicorns, along with roses. I also like glittering graphics and basically anything that's bold which includes that already listed. Does this say anything about my spirituality? What does it say psychologically?

By that question I mean, at what age do women realize they aren't going to get a rich, tall, superfit, passionate, caring, loving, sensitive and tough, exciting, and handsome soulmate? so then they realize they themselves aren't perfect either so they lower their expectations of men and try to have realistic expectations of men.

P.S

I haven't been dumped or anything so dont say "you will find the one! LOL!" im 16 and im just wondering

Ever since we were young, we've all heard the adage that we can achieve our dreams if we keep going at it and never give up. If there are obstacles along the way, then we can work around them or go through them. In addition, we were told that we should never let another person(s) tell us that we can't do something.

Is this adage true?

I've known a few friends who are very intelligent good people. However, they were never given any opportunities to prove themselves. They've tried really hard to get what they want only to have a lot of their hopes crushed time and time again. What should they do (differently)? What can I do to help them?

I am nearly finished an Introduction to Psychology course through correspondence. I feel that I have done well in the course and am still really interested in psychology. I am a fairly shy person but usually get on with everyone I meet, especially talking one on one with a person.
Just to ask everyones opinion, do you think it's a good idea to become a counsellor or psychologist if you are naturally shy?

i don't know if you really understand what i mean but i sort of fit into every "clique" at my school. i just "kind of" fit in with most of them but i am not best friends with any of them. i sort of hang out with the "athletes" like people from my teams (field hockey, swimming, dance) but i also really like fashion and makeup, purses stuff like that. i also like art and i am very artsy. i am vegetarian and volunteer at spca so i fit in with animal rights people if you know what i mean. i am also at the international baccalaureate program and i am in a lot of clubs so people consider me a nerd. is this normal?? to "fit in with every clique"

at work i managed to get my hands on someone's belongings. I maliciously stole their wallet and a few other items laying around. I dont get much respect from the people I work with and something came over me. I took the belongings and hid them on me then watched as the person frantically lost it and started throwing a fit almost to the point of getting teary eyed. In my mind I was gloating, i even consoled them and said I'll get the guy who did this. What's wrong with me?
