About dreaming!!!?

I would like to know if a person thinks about something,till he falls asleep, will he dream about it that night. I mean if its all he thinks about and he wants to dream it very bad, will he do so? any info would be appreciated!!!!

Well this actually happens to me a lot when I think about something constantly while I am lying in bed untill I fall asleep I will somewhat dream about it. That means I keep thinking about it and formulate stuff in my head but no images its very weird but I suppose im dreaming.
