I'm 21 and running a web design business. I'm always letting things in my head get to me, most of the time it's doubt or uncertainty. I start thinking I'm not going to become what I want to become which is one of the best.

How can I become more mentally tough and fearless?

Does anyone know how one gets rid of static. Everytime I touch something that is metal I get shocked. This has been happening for a couple of months now and it is getting pretty annoying so if anyone knows any remedies to stopping his madness please let me know.

It's kind of weird. I hate feeling like that. I always think so negatively and it's not good at all.

Shes kind of flirty with other guys and she has really close friends that are guys. Shes out all day and I rarely see her. I live with my brother and I don't think they spend that much time together. She hid cancer from her mom, sister and the rest of her family. They had no idea she had cancer. I just have that gut feeling shes cheating. I don't have any solid evidence, other than her behavior. What should I do?

Please help me interpret a dream.

I was seated in a balcony enjoying telling a story to an old friends. As I was looking at a distance, a building collapsed! I was stunned... After several seconds, another building collapsed! Then after several seconds, another one collapsed... until finally, I felt that the earth is shaking... Then, I woke up.

My friend Chris is 15 but a freshman. Im 15 and a sophmore. He wont leave me alone. We were at a friends house and he wouldnt stop bugging me! He kept sitting next to me on the couch, resting his head on me, saying I love you, and generally making me uncomfortable with comments like " your awesome and I dont like you just for your body". I told him to stop and he doesnt listen. I tried moving away. I know he had a crush on me when I was in eight grade. He has told me. I really want him to stop it makes me uncomfortable. How do I stop it?

Becuase of this, I have seen 2 therapists and 1 pychiatrist. I have tried 3 different anti-depressants, but my body couldn't handle them. So, I have been dealing with it on my own for the most part. I am finally seeing a social worker not a therapist, becuase she was highly recommended by someone who sees her. Its been 7 months, and even though I feel better sometimes, I still have very low points. And I cry alot and feel very alone and still think about what I went through. I need to get my life back in order. I'm 29 yrs old and I feel my life crumbled before my eyes last year. Now I feel like I have to start all over, but now with low self esteem, I'm crying as I write this. I can't take this feeling anymore. And I dont know what to do. I have family and freinds that are positive, but that can only help so much. I feel I lost all motivation to help myself. Should I try another anti depressant? I tried lexipro, effexor, & zoloft. The more I feel I need it the more angry I get.

forward such nonsense to the public? These statistics are so outlandish that you open yourself wide to litigation. This amounts to some ridiculous bit of propaganda. If you are genuinely trying to do something benevolent, then seeking something even vaguely truthful, woulld be closer to the mark. You are being spoon fed something that reveals the nature of the problem, and if that problem is properly understood, such extremism smacks of sanctimony, even if that is not your personal intent.

At the moment, I have somebody who is so obsessed with me she thinks I'm lurking in every corner or some other bs. She sent a threatening email to me today. Apparently she was cloned again. Sorry, whacko, I don't break the law and do that stuff. That's your turf, as was obvious when you emailed me under both your original id and the clone's id with the same exact ip address. So, what could cause somebody to be so obsessed? Never did anything to the psychopath, never said anything. Only thing I remember is back in December getting chosen as best answer over her and since, she's been acting like an attention whore. What type of thinking does one have to have such low self esteem and desire the life of a total stranger?

The financial company that I work with is truley amazing. I have never worked with a bunch of people that are so inspirational and focused on winning, It really is a great feeling to have such a great support system.

I guess the reason for asking this question I'm excited and I and other people around me are making more money than I ever thought possiable. This is not meant in a bragging way but I am scared of loosing myself and getting caught up in the materialistic aspect of this business.

We have team nights with the couple that run our office, great people, and we go to their house and lets just say you could probably land a small plane in their kids bedroom. They pull in from thier business about $120.000 a month and this type of income potential can be obtained by any of us over time.
I'm inspired and I want the freedom that money can provide but I don't want to get caught up in having a bigger house than the next guy, How do you keep perspective in this situation?

What with Kylie’s premature return to work, causing her a bout of illness, and the dissolution of her relationship, rumored to be due to conflicting work schedules. And the whole big brother phenomenon, where people, celebs and celeb wannabes, will undo what little reputation and dignity they have left to be seen on TV everyday.
I wonder why the desire to be famous is greater in some people than the desire to have a family or to be healthy. I would think that these are the fundamentals of life, success and recognition, although important, should be further down the list, surely?
What creates this desire to be known by everyone?
Is it as simple as a lack of self esteem?
Is it vanity?
It seems to me that the bigger they are, the lonelier and more insular their lives seem to become. Yet people pursue that “big fame” at very big costs.

My husband is a very hard wroking man. He is always tired. Once he gets out of work, we have dinner and then he lays on the couch. Most nights he is sleeping on the couch by 8pm. His eyes get puffy and they become slits if he really ties to stay awake. On weekends the same pattern continues. We went out to dinner on Saturday and then to the grocery store after, he had all he could do to keep his eyes open, he was just tired. Sure enough he laid on the couch and he is off to sleep. Should he see a doctor? He is in good shape works out, eats well, and is not over wieght. Our life is impacted because of this.
