Dude, are you serious? I'm pretty sure you can't develop telekinetic powers, although it'd be pretty cool if you could.
I wouldn't suggest messing around with it though, people have moved things with their, "mind." Guess what? The people I know of who have done it are Satanists! No joke.
So unless you want to open up a realm of evil, I wouldn't recommend trying.

Maybe you should spend the money. Then when you develop them, you can make a million dollars from James Randi. He has a standing offer to pay the money to anyone that can demonstrate actual psychic powers under laboratory conditions. He's offered this for years, and never had to pay a dime.
Or you can realize that it's all bunk, and that there are no such things, and get on with your life. It's up to you.
